Բաքուն մերժել է գրանցել գերմանական Adenauer հիմնադրամի մասնաճյուղը

Գերմանիայի եւ Ադրբեջանի իշխանության միջեւ «պատերազմը» հասել է գագաթնակետին: Սրացումը տեղի է ունեցել, երբ Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում քննարկվել եւ բանաձեւ է ընդունվել Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների աղետալի իրավիճակի մասին, որում ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին կոչ արվել անմիջապես ազատ արձակել քաղբանտարկյալներին:
«Ազադլըգ»-ը գրում է, որ դրանից հետո Իլհամ Ալիեւի իշխանությունը հարձակման է անցել Գերմանիայի դեմ: Ըստ թերթի` Ադրբեջանի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները, իշխանության վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող ԶԼՄ-ները, ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպությունները, պատգամավորներն ամբողջ ուժով զբաղված են հակագերմանական գործունեությամբ, իսկ Գերմանիայի հետ «մարտնչող» ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը մերժել է Բաքվում գրանցել կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի հետ սերտ կապեր ունեցող այդ երկրի Adenauer հիմնադարամի մասնաճյուղը:
«Իշխանամետ haqqin.az կայքը այդ առնչությամբ գրել է, որ Adenauer հիմնադրամի մասնաճյուղը Բաքվում գրանցելու մասին հարցը Անգելա Մերկելի հետ Իլհամ Ալիեւը քննարկել էր այս տարվա հունվարին Գերմանիա կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ժամանակ, որտեղ վերջինս Գերմանիայի կանցլերին խոստացել էր դրականորեն լուծել հարցը: Սակայն, երբ Անգելա Մերկելը չցանկացավ մասնակցել Բաքվում անցկացվող Եվրոխաղերի բացման արարողությանը, Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում էլ օրերս Ադրբեջանի հետ կապված քննարկումներ անցկացվեցին եւ այդ երկրի ԶԼՄ-ները խիստ քննադատության ենթարկեցին Ադրբեջանի իշխող «Ենի Ազերբայջան» կուսակցությանը, Իլհամ Ալիեւը փոխել է հիմնադրամը Բաքվում գրանցելու մասին իր նախկին որոշումը, ինչից հետո Ադրբեջանի արդարադատության նախարարությունը հրաժարվել է Բաքվում գրանցել Adenauer հիմնադրամը», -գրում է «Ազադլըգ»-ը:
Գերմանիայի Բունդեսաթագում Ադրբեջանի մասին ընդունված բանաձեւում նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքները զանգվածաբար սկսվել են խախտվել 2013 թվականին անցկացված նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո:
Բանաձեւոմ նշվել է, որ Ադրբեջանում արտահայտվելու, մամուլի, հավատքի եւ ազատ հավաքվելու ազատությունը սիստեմատիկորեն խախտվում է: Գերմանացի պատգամավորները Գերմանիայի կառավարությանը կոչ են արել Ադրբեջանից պահանջել անմիջապես եւ առանց նախապայմանների բանտերից ազատել քաղբանտարկյալներին, համացանցի ակտիվիստների համար մամուլի ազատության երաշխիքներ տալ:
Միջազգային եւ ադրբեջանական իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների տվյալներով` ներկայում Ադրբեջանում մոտ 100 քաղբանտարկյալներ, այդ թվում` 20 «խղճի բանտարկյալներ» կան:
