Կրեմի բաղադրատոմս

  • 200 գ. կաթնաշոռ 9-15 % յուղայնությամբ
  • 100-200 գ. շաքար
  • 250 մլ. սերուցք 33 % յուղայնությամբ
  • 1/4 թ.գ. վանիլին

Պատրաստման եղանակ

  1. Հարել ձվերը ավելացնելով 120 գ. շաքարը:
  2. Առանձին տարայի մեջ խառնել ալյուրը,փխրեցուցիչը,աղը, վանիլինը:
  3. Կամաց-կամաց լցնել այս խառնուրդը ձվով խառնուրդի մեջ,խառնել մինչև դառնա համասեռ:
  4. Թավայի վրա դնել թուղթ և վրան քսել կարագ,լցրեք ստացված խառնուրդը և տարածեք:
  5. Տաքացնել ջեռոցը մինչև 200 աստիճան:
  6. Դնել ջեռոցի մեջ 10 րոպե:
  7. Կրեմը պատրաստելու համար խառնել կաթնաշորը,շաքարը,վանիլինը մինչև դառնա համասեռ:
  8. 250 մլ. սերուցքը սառեցնել,հարել,ավելացնել խառնուրդին:
  9. Խմորը ջեռոցից հանելուց հետո թողնել հովանա,հետո բաժանել 2 մասի:
  10. Ներքևի խմորը դնել տարայի մեջ,վրան քսել 2/3 կրեմ,վրան դնել 2-րդ խմորը,վրան քսել մնացած կրեմը:
  11. Վերջում ցրան լցնել կակաոյի փոշի և դնել սառնարան:
