POLITICSԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները և Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարները համատեղ հայտարարություն են տարածել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Իլհամ Ալիևի միջև մարտի 29-ին Վիեննայում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման արդյունքներով։ «Արմենպրես»-ը հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում է ամբողջությամբ.
«Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այսօր առաջին անգամ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների (Իգոր Պոպով` Ռուսաստան, Էնդրյու Շոֆեր` ԱՄՆ, Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտի` Ֆրանսիա) հովանու ներքո հանդիպեցին Վիեննայում։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցեցին նաև արտգործնախարարներ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը և Էլմար Մամեդյարովը։ ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը ևս ներկա էր հանդիպմանը։
Հանդիպումը կայացավ դրական ու կառուցողական մթնոլորտում և հնարավորություն ընձեռեց երկու առաջնորդներին հստակեցնելու իրենց հարգարժան դիրքորոշումները։ Նրանք տեսակետներ փոխանակեցին մի շարք առանցքային հարերի վերաբերյալ՝ կապված կարգավորման գործընթացի և բովանդակային գաղափարների շուրջ։
Երկու առաջնորդներն ընդգծեցին խաղաղությանը նպաստող մթնոլորտի կառուցման և հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանն ուղղված բանակցային գործընթացում հետագա հստակ ու շոշափելի քայլերի ձեռնարկման կարևորությունը։
Հիշատակելով Դուշանբեում իրենց ունեցած խոսակցությունը՝ առաջնորդները վերահաստատեցին իրենց հանձնառությունը՝ ամրապդնելու հրադադարի ռեժիմը և բարելավելու ուղիղ հաղորդակցման մեխանիզմները։ Նրանք նաև համաձայնեցին զարգացնել մի շարք միջոցներ հումանիտար ոլորտում։
Վարչապետն ու նախագահը հանձնարարեցին իրենց նախարարներին մոտ ապագայում կրկին հանդիպել համանախագահներին։ Նրանք նաև համաձայնեցին շարունակելու ուղիղ երկխոսությունը»։
