Ժողովրդավարությունը երևանյան ձևով.ռուսական մամուլի արձագանքը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSkp.ru-ն ««Ժողովրդավար» Փաշինյանը փորձում է ապօրինաբար նստեցնել նախկին նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Երևանում ի ցույց են դնում, թե ինչպես կարելի է օրենքին հետադարձ ուժ տալ: 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 28-ին Հայաստանում ձերբակալված նախկին նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը արդեն ութ ամիս է՝ նախնական կալանքի տակ է: Ի սկզբանե նրա ձերբակալությունը և նրան ներկայացված՝ սահմանադրական կարգի տապալման մեղադրանքը այն մտքին էին հանգեցնում, որ իշխանության եկած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ուղղակի վրեժ է լուծում: Չէ՞ որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ակտիվ մասնակցություն է ունեցել 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի անկարգություններին, որոնք Քոչարյանը ճնշել է բավականին կոշտ միջոցներով: Նշյալ կասկածները ժամանակի ընթացքում հաստատվեցին փաստերով:
Յութուբում հայտնվեց Փաշինյանի և Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի, ինչպես նաև Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության ղեկավարի հեռախոսազրույցների գաղտնալսումները: Այդ զրույցներից անվերապահ հետևում է, որ հենց Փաշինյանն է հրաման տվել՝ ինչ գնով էլ լինի՝ «նստեցնել» Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին: Այնինչ նախկին նախագահի ձերբակալությունից անմիջապես հետո հատուկ հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության, այլ նաև Հայաստանի և օտարերկրյա իրավապաշտպանները: Բայց Երևանում այսամենին ոչ մի ուշադրություն չդարձրեցին:
Փաշինյանի կամքով Հայաստանի իրավապահները մի շարք խախտումներ են կատարել: Օրինակ, նրանք թքած ունեցան նախագահի անձեռնմխելիության մասին սահմանադրական դրույթի վրա: Չէ՞ որ Հայաստանում օրենքը հետադարձ ուժ չունի, այնինչ քրեական հոդվածը, որով Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2008 թվականի մարտին կատարված գործողությունների համար, ուժի մեջ է մտել 2009 թվականին: Ավելին, Քոչարյանի ընտանիքի անդամների դեմ պաշտոնական լրատվամիջոցներով իրականացվում է քարոզչական արշավ, նախկին նախագահի ընտանիքի անդամների նկատմամբ հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր, սպառնալիքներ են հնչում բոլոր նրանց հասցեին, ովքեր փորձում են պաշտպանել կալանավորվածին: Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, որը գտնվում է նախնական կալանքի վայրում, լրիվ համապատասխանում է ԵԽԽՎ 1900 բանաձևի հիմնական պահանջներին, որպեսզի ճանաչվի քաղբանտարկյալ: Նա ազատությունից զրկվել է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիայում ամրագրված երաշխիքների խախտմամբ: Քոչարյանը քաղաքական նկատառումներով է ձերբակալված, անկախ կոնկրետ իրավախախտումից: Նա, ի վերջո, կալանավորված է դատարանի ակնհայտ անարդար որոշման արդյունքում: «Ժողովրդավար» Փաշինյանը «ձեռք է բերել» իր սեփական քաղբանտարկյալին: Ահա այսպիսին է ժողովրդավարությունը երևանյան ձևով:
