Մանվել Գրիգորյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատելու հարցի քննությունը հետաձգվեց. նրան դատարան չէին բերել
SOCIETYԵրևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում՝ դատավոր Մարինե Մելքոնյանի նախագահությամբ, այսօր պետք է քննվեր կալանքի տակ գտնվող Մանվել Գրիգորյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու հարցը։ Գրիգարյանի պաշտպան Լևոն Բաղդասարյանը NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալին դատարան չեն բերել, քանի որ ստացիոնար բուժում է ստանում քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոցում։ Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ Գրիգորյանին ազատ արձակելու համար դատարանին առաջարկելու են 10 մլն․ դրամի չափով գրավ։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ դատավոր Մարինե Մելքոնյանն այլ գործով խորհրդակցական սենյակում էր, այսօրվա դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մարտի 25-ին «Երեւան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ-ից տեղափոխվել է «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, որ մարտի 15-ին Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, «Երկրապահ կամավորականների միություն» ՀԿ նախկին նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի կալանքը եւս երկու ամսով երկարացնելու մասին:
Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի կերպով զենք-զինամթերք պահելու, գույք յուրացնելու, հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու, պետական միջոցներ վատնելու եւ շորթմամբ գույքի հափշտակությունը կազմակերպելու համար:
Մանվել Գրիգորյանի եւ Նազիկ Ամիրյանի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործից անջատված մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, իսկ Գրիգորյանի որդու` Արման Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:
