Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի հանդիպումը Վիեննայում ավարտվեց

Վիեննայի «Բրիստոլ» հյուրանոցում ավարտվեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հանդիպումը. այն տևեց 3 ժամ 15 րոպե:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ վարչապետը չպատասխանեց լրագրողների հարցերին: Հյուրանոցի մոտ նրան սպասում էին հայկական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ: Նրանք ողջունեցին վարչապետին ու լուսանկարվեցին նրա հետ:
Հանդիպումն անցկացվում էր ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հովանու ներքո: Մասնակցում էին նաև միջնորդներ Իգոր Պոպովը, Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին, Էնդրյու Շոֆերը և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ու Էլմար Մամեդյարովը:
Հանդիպումը մեկնարկել էր Երևանի ժամանակով 14:00-ին: Սկզբում տեղի են ունեցել ընդլայնված կազմով շփումները, ապա երկու երկրների ղեկավարները մնացել են փակ դռների հետևում, հետո կրկին նրանց միացել են միջնորդները:
Հանդիպման նախապատրաստության նպատակով մարտի 28-ին կայացել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովի, Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտիի, Էնդրյու Շոֆերի և ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկի հանդիպումը, ապա նաև՝ շփումներ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ:
Քննարկումների առանցքում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացն է:
Փաշինյանն Ավստրիայի մայրաքաղաք է մեկնել մարտի 28-ի երեկոյան: Ծրագրված են նրա հանդիպումները Ավստրիայի կանցլեր Սեբաստիան Կուրցի և նախագահ Ալեքսանդր վան դեր Բելլենի հետ: Ավստրիայում ՀՀ դեսպանատան «Հայաստան» կենտրոնում մարտի 29-ին տեղի կունենա նաև Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը ավստրիահայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
Վիեննայում անցկացված Փաշինյան-Ալիև հանդիպումն առաջինն է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հովանու ներքո: Մինչ այդ կայացել է երեք ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպում: 2018թ. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Իլհամ Ալիևը Դուշանբեում կարճ զրույց են ունեցել, որի ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել սահմանագծում լարումը նվազեցնելու և միջադեպերը կանխելու վերաբերյալ: Երկու երկրների ղեկավարների հանդիպումից հետո մինչ օրս կողմերի միջև «օպերատիվ կապ» է հաստատվել: Փաշինյան-Ալիև ևս մեկ ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպում է կայացել նաև դեկտեմբերին՝ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ԱՊՀ պետությունների ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպման շրջանակում: 2019թ. հունվարի 22-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի միջև Դավոսում տեղի ունեցած մեկ ու կես ժամանոց հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի ընթացիկ իրավիճակի եւ հետագա քննարկումների մասին։
