LIFEԴուք երևի թե նկատել եք, որ ձվերը երբեմն շատ հեշտ են մաքրվում, իսկ երբեմն էլ՝ շատ դժվար։ Տարբերությունը ձվերի թարմության մեջ է։ 7-10 օրական ձվերը սովորաբար հեշտ են մաքրվում։ Իսկ ինչ անել, որպեսզի թարմ ձուն էլ հեշտությամբ մաքրվի և սպիտակուցը կճեպի հետ դուր չգա։ Պարզապես եռացող ջրի մեջ մեկ ճաշի գդալ սոդա ավելացրեք։
Ինչպե՞ս ստանալ խաշված կատարյալ ձվեր՝ պազենք EnterTrain-ի հետ միասին։
1. Ձվի թարմությունը որոշելու համար այն ջրի մեջ գցեք։ Թարմ ձվերը սուզվում են, իսկ հները մնում են ջրի երեսին։
2. Եռացնելուց առաջ ձվերը տաք ջրով կամ սենյակում թողնելով տաքացրեք, որպեսզի դրանք չկոտրվեն։
3. Փափուկ դեղնուց ստանալու համար ձուն պետք է մոտ երեք րոպե խաշել։
4. Ձվերը հավասարաչափ խաշվելու համար դրանք ամբողջովին ծածկեք ջրով։ Նաև հիշեք, որ երկար եփելու դեպքում դեղնուցը կկանաչի, իսկ սպիտակուցը կդառնա ռեզինի նման։
Սոդայի օգտագործման գաղտնիքները
1. Մեկ թեյի գդալ սոդան ծաղկամանի մեջ օգնում է երկար պահպանել ծաղիկների թարմությունը։
2. Սոդայով տարրան սառնարանում կլանում է տհաճ հոտերը։
3. Սոդան մաքրում է տունը ուտիճներից և մրջյուններից. պետք է պարզապես տան անկյուններում մի քիչ սոդա լցնել։
4. Զուգարանակոնքն ու լոգարանը հեշտ կմաքրվեն, եթե մաքրելուց առաջ մի քիչ սոդա լցնեք։
5. Ճարպը շատ ավելի հեշտ է մաքրվում մի քիչ սոդա ավելացնելով։
6. Սոդան թարմացնում է գորգի գույնը։ Այն պետք է գորգի վրա շփել, թողնել մեկ ժամ և հետո փոշեկուլով հավաքել։
7. Սոդայով կարելի է մաքրել խցանված խողովակները։ Լցրեք խողովակի մեջ, թողեք 15 րոպե և 3-4 լիտր եռացրած ջուր լցրեք վրայից։
8. Կոշիկի տհաճ հոտը կվերանա, եթե մեջը սոդա դնեք և գիշերը թողնեք այդպես։
9. Սոդայի և ջրի խառնուրդը էֆեկտիվ է պատուհաններն ու հայելիները լվանալու համար։
10. Եռացող ջրում սոդան դեզինֆեկցող հատկություն ունի և կարող է օգտագործվել օրինակ երեխայի ծծակը ստերիլիզացնելու համար։
