«Կենտրոնական ավտոկայարանի» նախկին տնօրենը 6,65 մլն դրամի նյութական վնաս է հասցրել ընկերությանը. Ոստիկանություն
SOCIETY«Հայավտոկայարան» ՓԲԸ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի հաղորդման հիման վրա ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչությունում նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է, որ, ըստ նախնական տվյալների, «Հայավտոկայարան» ՓԲԸ-ի 2012-2018 թթ. գլխավոր տնօրենները ՓԲԸ-ին սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող Երեւանի Իսակովի 6 հասցեի «Կենտրոնական ավտոկայարան» մասնաճյուղի տարածքում եւ վարչական շենքում տարբեր իրավաբանական եւ ֆիզիկական անձանց հետ կնքել են տարածքներ տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ վարձակալության պայմանագրեր եւ չպահպանելով այդ պայմանագրերի համապատասխան կետի պահանջները, չարաշահելով իրենց պաշտոնական դիրքը՝ հնարավորություն են ընձեռել վարձակալներին, ինչպես եւ դեռեւս չպարզված այլ անձանց եւ կազմակերպություններին օգտվել ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից վճարվող էլեկտրաէներգիայից:
Քննության նյութերով՝ սպառված էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց «Հայավտոկայարան» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից վճարվել է շուրջ 43.200.000 դրամ, իսկ «Կենտրոնական ավտոկայարան» մասնաճյուղի բնականոն գործունեության համար անհրաժեշտ սպառման էլեկտրաէներգիայից ավելի ծախսածի համար հավաքված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ շուրջ 21.655.000 դրամը ՓԲԸ դրամարկղ չի մուտքագրվել եւ հափշտակվել է:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ «Հայավտոկայարան» ՓԲԸ «Կենտրոնական ավտոկայարան» մասնաճյուղի նախկին տնօրենը, անձնական այլ շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, իր պաշտոնական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով, Երեւանի Իսակովի 6 հասցեի վարչական շենքի երկրորդ հարկում, առանց սահմանված կարգով կնքվող տարածքի վարձակալության պայմանագրի, 2018 թվականի հունվարից ինքնակամ, անհատույց օգտագործման համար մի քաղաքացու տրամադրել է 190 քմ. տարածքով 6 սենյակ, ինչի հետեւանքով «Հայավտոկայարան» ՓԲԸ-ին պատճառվել է 6.650.000 դրամի նյութական վնաս:
Առերեւույթ հանցագործության վերաբերյալ նախապատրաստված նյութերով ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ /Յուրացնելը կամ վատնելը/ եւ 308-րդ /Պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելը/ հոդվածների հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ եւ ուղարկվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե՝ նախաքննության համար:
