Նոյեմբերյանի ԲԿ-ում միայն մեկ շտապօգնության մեքենա կա
SOCIETYՆոյեմբերյան համայքի բնակիչներն ահազանգում են՝ Նոյեմբերյանի ԲԿ-ում գործում է միայն մեկ շտապօգնության մեքենա։ Բնակիչների խոսքով՝ գյուղերն իրարից հեռու են և շատ հաճախ օգնությունն ուշանում է։
ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում Նոյեմբերյանի բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Գարունիկ Ղուշչյանը հերքեց այս տեղեկությունը։ Նա իր խոսքում ասաց՝
«Մենք սպասարկում ենք ամբողջ Նոյեմբերյան համայքնի բնակչությանը, գյուղերում կան ամբուլատորիաներ, բայց միակ բժշկական կենտրոնը Նոյեմբերյանում է։ Մեն ունենք շտապօգնության մեքենաներ, որը տրամադրվել է նախարարության կողմից, բայց շահագործվում է միայն մեկը։ Խնդիրը նրանում է, որ մեր ֆիանսավորումը այնքան է, որ մենք կարող ենք պահել միայն մեկ ֆելշերական շտապօգնության բրիգադ։ Երկրորդ կանչի դեպքում մենք ունենք սահմանված հերթապահություն։ Հազվադեպ կարող է լինել, որ մի քանի րոպեով ուշացում լինի։ Հիմնականում խնդիր չի լինում։ Եթե որևէ արտակարգ դեպք լինի մենք լիարժեք կարող ենք սպասարկել մարդկանց, և՛ մեքենաներ ունենք, և՛ բրիգադներ»։
ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք բուժհաստատությունը ունի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք և համապատասխան սարքավորումներ, տնօրենը պատասխանեց․
«Սարքավորումներով հագեցած ենք և մասնագետներ ունենք։ Թե որտեղից է Ձեզ նման տեղեկություն հասել, չեմ կարող ասել։ Որպես այդպիսին մենք չունենք վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք, բայց ունենք հետվիրահատական սենյակ, որտեղ ունենք մի քանի անհրաժեշտ սարքավորումներ»։
ԲԿ-ի տնօրենը նշեց, որ չնայած ունեցած մի քանի խնդիրներին (լաբարատոր սարքավորումների, էկո սրտագրության ապարատի բացակայույուն ), մյուս տեսանկյունից որևէ խնդիր չկա։
Նոյեմբերյան համայքի բնակիչները պնդում են հակառակը։ Երբեմն պատահում է, որ առողջական խնդիրների սրման դեպքում շտապօգնությունը չի շտապում։
Նոյեմբերյան համայքի 70- ամյա բնակչուհին, ով չցանկացավ ներկայանալ, ասաց․
«Անունս չգրեք, ամեն դեպքում իրանց ձեռքին ենք նայում, այլընտրանք չկա։ Ես մենակ եմ ապրում, երեխեքս դուրսն են։ Հազար հատ հիվանդություն ունեմ, ճնշումս բարձրանում ա, վատանում եմ։ Ամեն անգամը կարա ռիսկային լինի։ Լինում ա զանգում ենք, ասում են, սպասեք մի քանի րոպե հիմա ուրիշ գյուղում ա մեքենան։ Էդ մի քիչը երկարում ա դառնում մի ժամ։ Մենք անհատներից չենք բողոքում, հասկանում ենք, որ դա ԲԿ-ի անելիքը չէ, եթե դա ֆինանսավորման հարց է, ուրեմն համապատասխան պաշտոնյաները թող լուծեն այդ հարցը։ Հիմա որոշակի բաներ փոխվել են, մենք դա էլ ենք նկատում»։
Բնակիչների խոսքով՝ սահմանին ապրելիս, ամենակարևոր պայմաններից մեկը լավ ու զարգացած բուժհաստատություններ ունենալն է, որը համալրված կլինի նոր գիտելիքներով հարուստ մասնագետներով և տեխնիկայով։
