Ռուսաստանի ՔԿ-ն մանրամասներ է հայտնել «Շերեմետևո»-ի թռիչքուղում ՀՀ քաղաքացու մահվան դեպքից
SOCIETYՄոսկվայի «Շերեմետևո» օդանավակայանի թռիչքուղում 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 20-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Ալբերտ Եփրեմյանի մահվան դեպքով հետաքննության հիմնական վարկածը` ուղևորների գրանցում իրականացնող դիսպետչերական խմբի և ուղեբեռները փոխադրող վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից սահմանված տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի խախտումն է: «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի լրագրողի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քննչական կոմիտեի Մոսկվայի տրանսպորտի միջտարածաշրջանային քննչական վարչության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Վազյուլինը:
«Իսկապես, նոյեմբերին ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ալբերտ Եփրեմյանը մահացու վիրավորվել էր «Շերեմետևո» օդանավակայանում: Մենք անմիջապես քրեական գործ հարուցեցինք` տրանսպորտային անվտանգության ոլորտում պահանջների խախտման հատկանիշներով: Այս գործով քննիչները պետք է ուսումնասիրեին ոչ միայն ինքնաթիռով մարմնական վնասվածք ստացած անձի մահվան փաստը, այլև այն հարցերը, թե ինչպես էր նա հայտնվել թռիչքային գոտում:
Եփրեմյանի՝ այնտեղ գտնվելու վերաբերյալ հետաքննության հիմնական վարկածը ուղևորների գրանցում իրականացնող դիսպետչերական խմբի և ուղեբեռները փոխադրող վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից սահմանված տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի խախտումն է:
Բացի այդ, հետաքննությունը ստուգում է տեղի ունեցածի այլ հնարավոր տարբերակները, սակայն հիմա մենք հակված ենք նրան, որ ուղևորին չեն նկատել: Նա դուրս էր եկել օդանավակայանի շենքից և պետք է գնար ու նստեր ինքնաթիռ, սակայն այն շրջանցելով հայտնվել էր թռիչքային գոտում: Հիմա մենք հավաքում ենք անհրաժեշտ ապացույցները, քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը դեռ չի ավարտվել»,- ասել է Սերգեյ Վազյուլինը:
Նոյեմբերի 20-ին Մոսկվայի «Շերեմետևո» օդանավակայանի թռիչքուղում գտել են 25-ամյա Ալբերտ Եփրեմյանի մարմինը։ Երիտասարդը հայտնվել է թափառք իրականացնող ինքնաթիռի անիվների տակ և մահացել։ Տեղեկություն էր տարածվել, որ երիտասարդին արտաքսել էին Իսպանիայից, բայց Մոսկվայում վայրէջք կատարելու ժամանակ նա որոշել էր փախչել, և այդ փախուստը ողբերգական մահվան էր հանգեցրել:
