ՌԴ քննչական մեկուսարանների խցերում կհայտնվեն վճարովի մալուխային ալիքներ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌԴ պատիժների կատարման դաշնային ծառայությունը (ՊԿԴԾ) ծրագրում է ընդլայնել քննչական մեկուսարաններում վճարովի ծառայությունների ցանկը՝ մալուխային հեռուստատեսության ալիքների հաշվին։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այդ մասին լրագրողներին հայտնել է ՊԿԴԾ-ի տնօրենի տեղակալ Վալերի Բոյարինևը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ մեկուսարանում գտնվողները կունենան դրանք ի լրումն անվճար 20 ալիքների գնելու հնարավորություն։ Նրանք արդեն ունեն գրքեր, թերթեր և ամսագրեր գնելու հնարավորություն՝ բացառությամբ ծայրահեղական, էրոտիկ և պոռնկագրական բովանդակության ունեցողների։
Մոսկվայի քննչական մեկուսարանի մի քանի մասնաշենքերում արդեն գործարկվել է վճարովի ալիքներին գրանցվելու փորձնական ծրագիրը։
ՊԿԴԾ-ի փոխտնօրենը հաստատել է, որ ամբողջ ՌԴ-ում տարվում է քննչալկան մեկուսարանները թվային հեռուստատեսությամբ ապահովելու աշխատանք։ «Աշխատանքն անցկացվում է, և տարածաշրջաններում այն ավելի հեշտ է, քան Մոսկվայում, քանի որ այնտեղ այն ձեռնարկությունները, որտեղ աշխատում են դատապարտվածները, ունեն շահույթ ստանալու և այն պահման պայմանների բարելավման համար ծախսելու հնարավորություն, այդ թվում՝ թվային հեռուստատեսությանն անցնելու միջոցառումների անցկացման համար»,- պատմել է ՊԿԴԾ-ի փոխտնօրենը։ - Իսկ Մոսկվան [քաղաքի քննչական մեկուսարանները] ունեն միայն բյուջետային ֆինանսավորում»։
Մոսկվայի քննչական մեկուսարանների խցերում նաև սկսվել են փորձնական կարգով տեղադրել տերմինալներ, որոնց միջոցով այնտեղ գտնվողները կարող են պատվիրել վճարովի ծառայություններ և դիմել տնօրինությանը։
Վալերի Բոյարինևը նշել է, որ լրացուցիչ ծառայությունները ներառում են, օրինակ, լրացուցիչ սննդի պատվիրումը, էլեկտրոնային նամակագրությունը։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ ՌԴ ուղղիչ գաղութներում այդպիսի տերմինալներ արդեն ներդրվել են, դրանց միջոցով կարելի է ստանալ տեղեկատվություն ազատ աշխատատեղերի և մասնագիտությունների պահանջարկի մասին, ինչը հաշվի առնելով, ՊԿԴԾ-ն ճշգրտում է ազատելուց առաջ մասնագիտական կողմնորոշման ծրագիրը։
