SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ և 7-րդ կետերով և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներչով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Աննա Մանթաշյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծված քննչական խմբում ներգրավված քննիչների և ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության ծառայողներն ու վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Գևորգ Հակոբյանի, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության ու համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները՝ Սպիտակի ոստիկանապետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Սերգո Ավետիսյանի գլխավորությամբ, պարզել են երեկ՝ մարտի 23-ին, Շենավան գյուղում կրակոցներ արձակողների և վիճաբանության մասնակիցների ինքնությունը:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է, որ հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել նույն գյուղի բնակիչներ, 53-ամյա Հայկ Դունամալյանը՝ «գլխի շրջանի հրազենային վնասվածք հարցականով, գլխուղեղի արյունազեղում հարցականով» ախտորոշմամբ, 22-ամյա Արմեն Դունամալյանը՝ «աջ դաստակի հրազենային թափանցող վնասվածք ախտորոշմամբ» և 31-ամյա Իշխան Դունամալյանը՝ «ձախ թիակի հրազենային վնասվածք, գլխի ծոծրակի շրջանի վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ:
Լոռու մարզի ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են նաև, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում Շենավան գյուղի ծայրամասում՝ Շենավան գյուղից դեպի Արևաշող գյուղ տանող դաշտամիջյան հատվածում, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել նշված վիրավորների և համագյուղացիներ, 27-ամյա Հովհաննես Միրզոյանի, 21-ամյա Վալենտին Միրզոյանի, 41-ամյա Ալեքսանդր Միրզոյանի, 28-ամյա Մխիթար Մխիթարյանի և Վանաձոր քաղաքի Չուխաջյան փողոցի բնակիչ, 43-ամյա Արայիկ Կարապետյանի միջև:
