43-ամյա տղամարդը նախկին զոքանչին դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել և հափշտակել նրա ոսկիները
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 62-ամյա կնոջ նկատմամբ դանակի գործադրմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ. ավազակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է նախկին փեսան։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019 թվականի մարտի 20-ին՝ ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1976 թվականին, Վանաձոր քաղաքի շենքերից մեկի շքամուտքում մոտեցել է նախկին կնոջ մորը՝ ծնված 1957 թվականին, հարվածելով նրան վայր է գցել գետնին, այնուհետև քարշ տալով տարել շքամուտք ու պահանջել, որ կինը բացի իրեն պատկանող, նույն շենքում գտնվող բնակարանի դուռը, ինչին կինը դիմադրել է:
Այնուհետև 43-ամյա տղամարդը կնոջ գլուխը հարվածել է պատերին, դանակով սպառնացել, ապա նրա պայուսակից վերցնելով բնակարանի բանալին՝ բացել դուռը, կնոջը քարշ տվել բնակարան, որտեղ ոտքերով և ձեռքերով, ինչպես նաև դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, այնուհետև դանակը պահելով նրա պարանոցին՝ պահանջել ոսկեղեն ու գումար, ապա քաշել-ձգելով պոկել վերջինիս ոսկյա ականջօղերը և պարանոցի ոսկյա շղթան՝ կախազարդով:
Հարևանների ահազանգով ժամանած ոստիկանության Վանաձոր քաղաքի Տարոնի բաժնի օպերատիվ խմբի կողմից տղամարդը վնասազերծվել է, իսկ 62-ամյա կինը, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով, տեղափոխվել է «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերություն:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2019 թվականի մարտի 20-ին Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով: Վարչության պետի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ: 62-ամյա կինը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել դեպքի շուրջ:
Կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել են ոսկյա զարդերը, արնանման հետքեր, ինչպես նաև՝ հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը, վերցվել են նմուշներ, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
2019 թվականի մարտի 20-ին, հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով, ձերբակալվել է Լոռու մարզի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1976 թվականին, ով հանդիսանում է տուժողի աղջկա նախկին ամուսինը:
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
