«Իրավական ուղի» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը պաշտոնական ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկություն է տարածել ՀԿ-ի աշխատանքների մեկնարկի մասին: Հայտարարությունում մասնավորապես ասված է.

«Վստահելի, ամուր, ժամանակի պահանջներին համարժեք և արդյունավետ գործող քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը ժողովրդավարական ուղով ընթացող ցանկացած պետության անհրաժեշտ հիմնասյուներից է։ Հայաստանյան քաղաքացիական հասարակությունը, անցնելով զարգացման և կայացման շուրջ երեսնամյա ճանապարհ, արձանագրելով զգալի հաջողություններ, ներկայումս գտնվում է շրջադարձային փուլում։ 2018 թվականի քաղաքական իրադարձությունների արդյունքում քաղաքացիական հասարակության շատ ու շատ հայտնի ներկայացուցիչներ իրենց ներուժի ու փորձառության դրսևորման նոր ասպարեզ համարեցին քաղաքական ու պետական համակարգը։ Արդյունքում քաղաքացիական դաշտում բաց առաջացավ, ինչն, իհարկե, չի կարող դրական ազդել ժողովրդավարական հասարակությունում ծավալվող գործընթացների վրա։

Շուրջ մեկուկես տասնամյակ ակտիվ գործունեություն ծավալելով հանրային տարբեր բնագավառներում՝ մենք նշանակալի փորձառություն և գիտելիք ենք կուտակել հանրային քաղաքականության կենսական ոլորտումներում՝ լինելով մեր պետականության ամրապնդմանն ուղղված գործընթացների դերակատարներ:

Իրավիճակի այս ընդհանուր գնահատականի հիման վրա, հիմնադրելով «Իրավական ուղի» հասարակական կազմակերպությունը՝ մենք որոշել ենք համատեղել մեր մասնագիտական և հանրային ներուժը՝ նպաստ բերելու նոր մարտահրավերների արդյունավետ հաղթահարմանը՝ քաղաքական իշխանության և պետական ինստիտուտների հետ գործակցության, ինչպես նաև նրանց գործունեության նկատմամբ հանրային վերահսկողության եղանակներով։

Մեր գործունեության ընթացքում լինելու ենք սկզբունքային և հետևողական, գործակցային և ստեղծարար։ Մենք հավատում ենք մարդու իրավունքների և ազգային արժեքների համադրման հնարավորությանը, հանրության իրական պահանջմունքների և առաջնահերթությունների հիման վրա գործող ուժեղ ու հուսալի քաղաքացիական հասարակության հեռանկարին»:
