LIFEԹոքերի հետ խնդիրները միայն ծխողներին չէ, որ հատուկ են։ Եվ չնայած ծխախոտի սիրահարները ռիսկային հատուկ խմբին են պատկանում, թոքերի մաքրման այս բաղադրատոմսը հարմար է բոլորի համար։ Դրա հեղինակները երաշխավորում են երեք օրում օրգանիզմը մաքրել նիկոտինից ու խեժից։
Կարևոր է հիշել, որ այս միջոցի օգտագործումից երկու օր առաջ չի կարելի կաթնամթերք օգտագործել, քանի որ այն կարող է դանդաղեցնել և նույնիսկ դադարեցնել դետոքսիկացիան։ Օրգանիզմի մաքրման գործընթացը սկսելուց մեկ օր առաջ քնելուց առաջ մեկ բաժակ ձեր սիրած բուսական թեյից խմեք։ Եվ այսպես.
① Քամեք երկու կիտրոնի հյութը և խառնեք այն 30 մլ ջրի հետ։ Խառնուրդն օգտագործեք առավոտյան՝ նախաճաշից առաջ։
② Օրվա ընթացքում խմեք 300 մգ անանասի կամ թուրինջի հյութ (ըստ ճաշակի): Միայն թե կարևոր է թարմ քամած հյութ օգտագործել։ Եթե թուրինջի համը չափազանց դառը, իսկ անանասի համը չափազանց քաղցր է թվում, այն խառնեք հանքային ջրի հետ։ Այս երկու մրգերն էլ հրաշալիորեն մաքրում են թոքերը։
③Խմեք 300մգ գազարի թարմ քամած հյութ նախաճաշի և ընթրիքի միջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածում։ Գազարը մաքրում է արյունը, լավացնում շրջանառությունն ու խթանում դետոքսիկացիայի գործընթացը։
④ Ճաշին կալիումով հարուստ 400մգ հյութ օգտագործեք։ Կալիում կա ճակնդեղի, մաղադանոսի և լոլիկի մեջ։ Եթե բանջարեղենային հյութերը Ձեզ համար չեն, այս երեք օրերի ընթացքում հնարավորինս շատ թուզ և նուշ օգտագործեք։ Կամ էլ օգտագործեք վերը նշված բանջարեղենից այնքան, որքան անհրաժեշտ կլիներ 400 մգ հյութ օգտագործելու համար։
⑤ Քնելուց առաջ լոռամրգի մեկ մեծ բաժակ հյութ խմեք։ Լոռամիրգը ոչնչացնում է բակտերիաները, որոնք կուտակվում են թոքերում դրանց ախտոտման հետևանքով։
⑥Այս օրերի ընթացքում անհրաժեշտ է ժամանակ գտնել 20 րոպե տաք լոգանք ընդունելու համար։ Երբ Դուք պառկած եք տաք ջրի մեջ, օրգանիզմն արդյունավետորեն դուրս է հանում թունավոր նյութերը ջրի միջոցով։
⑦ Էվկալիպտի յուղը նույնպես կարելի է ներառել պարտադիր ծրագրի մեջ։ Կաթսայով ջուր տաքացրեք (տաք, բայց ոչ եռման աստիճանի), ավելացնել 5-10 կաթիլ էվկալիպտի եթերային յուղ։ Գլուխն իջեցրեք կաթսայի վրա ու ծածկեք կտորով։ Շնչեք գոլորշին, մինչև որ ջուրը սառչի։
Այո՛, ընդունում ենք, որ կանոնները չափազանց շատ են, և օգտագործվող հյութերը՝ նույնպես։ Օրական անհրաժեշտ է երկու լիտրից շատ հեղուկ օգտագործել։ Ինչևէ, այս զոհողությանը գնալու համար ընդամենը երեք օր կպահանջվի։
