ԱՄՆ-ը կհամագործակցի սիրիացի քրդերի հետ. Վաշինգտոնի պատասխանն Էրդողանին

Սպիտակ տան ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդականի օգնական Բեն Ռոդսը Թուրքիայի Անթալիա քաղաքում անցկացվող G20 գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում կազմակերպված մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել է, որ «Իսլամական պետություն» (ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ պայքարում ԱՄՆ-ը շարունակելու է սիրիացի քրդերի հետ համագործակցությունը:
Վկայակոչելով թուրքական «Ջումհուրիեթ» թերթը, պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե Թուրքիան մտահոգված է սիրիացի քրդերի հետ ԱՄՆ-ի համագործակցությամբ, Ռոդսն ասել է, որ սիրիացի քրդերի Ժողովրդական ինքնապաշտպանական ջոկատները (YPG) ընդդիմադիր սունի արաբների հետ պայքարում են ԻՊ-ի դեմ, եւ Վաշինգտոնը շարունակելու է այդ գործում աջակցել եւ համագործակցել ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարող բոլոր ուժերի հետ:
«Մենք հստակ արտահայտել ենք մեր դիրքրոշումն առ այն, որ ԻՊ-ի դեմ YPG-ն աշխատում է սունի արաբ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի հետ, եւ շարունակելու ենք մեր աջակցությունը այդ ուժերին: Ժամանակին թուրքերը եւս համագործակցել են իրաքցի քրդերի հետ, եւ դա դրական արդյունքներ է ունեցել: Քրդերի հետ համագործակցության համար դաշտ կա, եւ այն պետք է իրագործվի», -ասել է ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան:
Ռոդսն ընդգծել է, որ Սիրիայում եւ Իրաքում այդ ուժերին աջակցությունը հանդիսանում է ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային ջանքերի մի մասը:
Անդրադառնալով Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանի կողմից հաճախակի բարձրացվող այն առաջարկին, որ անհրաժեշտ է թուրքերին թույլ տալ Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանակից Սիրիայի տարածքում այսպես կոչված «անվտանգության գոտի» ստեղծել, Ռոդսն ասել է, որ չեն հավատում այդ կարծիքի իրագործման անհրաժեշտությանը:
Ռոդսը հավելել է, թե ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարում ցանկանում են վստահ լինել, որ Թուրքիան եւս համակարծիք է միջազգային ուժերի որդեգրած մոդելին:
