Լոռու մարզի Շամլուղ համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը 2007-ից 2017 թթ. համայնքի բյուջեից հափշտակել է շուրջ 14 մլն դրամ
SOCIETYԱզգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր, Լոռու մարզային վարչությունների և Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողների համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում նախապատրաստված նյութերով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Լոռու մարզի Շամլուղ համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը թույլ է տվել ապօրինություններ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից:
Մասնավորապես, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը` 2007 թվականի հունվարից 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբեր, ընկերոջը աշխատանքի է հրամանագրել համայնքապետարանում որպես վարորդ, որն աշխատանքի չի հաճախել: Արդյունքում՝ նրա անվամբ դուրս գրված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ շուրջ 8.300.000 դրամը յուրացվել է:
Բացի այդ, Շամլուղ համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, 2012 թվականի փետրվարին համայնքապետարանում համատեղության կարգով որպես ջրագծի հսկիչ աշխատանքի է հրամանագրել եղբորը, որը 2012 թվականի փետրվարից 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում աշխատանքի չի հաճախել և չի կատարել իր գործառութային պարտականությունները, ինչի արդյունքում համայնքի բյուջեից դուրս գրված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ շուրջ 6.040.000 դրամ աշխատավարձի գումարները յուրացվել են:
Արդյունքում՝ Շամլուղ համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարը 2007-ից 2017 թվականներին յուրացման եղանակով համայնքի բյուջեից հափշտակել է առանձանպես խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 14.340.000 դրամ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ /Յուրացնելը կամ վատնելը/ և 314-րդ / Պաշտոնեական կեղծիքը/ հոդվածների հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
