  • 10-15 հատ նուշ և 5 հատ հունական ընկույզ

Լվանալ խաղողը,հանել կորիզները,ավելացնել մյուս բաղադրիչները և բլենդերով հարել:Լավ խառնել,մինչև ստացվի համասեռ զանգված:

Ընդունել օրական 1-2 անգամ:1-ին անգամը՝ նախաճաշից առաջ:Կրկնել 2 շաբաթ:
