Դրանք առողջության համար վտանգ չեն ներկայացնում: Սովորաբար մասնագտեները կարմիր խալերի առաջացումը կապում են լյարդի հետ կապված խնդիրների հետ, այսինքն լյարդը լավ չի աշխատում:
Կարմիր խալերն առաջանում են նաև սխալ սնվելու հետևանքով, երբ աղիներում և լյարդում կուտակվում են մեծ քանակությամբ տոքսիններ:
Հաճախ կարմիր խալերի առաջացումը կրում է ժառանգական բնույթ: Դրանք կարող են առաջաալ նաև հորմոնալ փոփոխությունների դեպքում:
Եթե կարմիր խալերն առաջանում են մեշ քանակությամբ կրծքի շրջանու, ապա պետք է դիմել բժշկի:
Ուշադրություն դարձրեք նրանց գույնին: Եթե դրանք բաց կարմիր գույն ունեն, ապա անհանգստանալու պատճառ չկա, սակայն եթե դրանք աստիճանաբար մգանում են և գնալով ավելի մուգ գույն են ստանում, տեղյակ պահեք բժշկին:
Կարմիր խալերի առաջացումը կանխելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մաքրել աղիները, լյարդը: Պետք է օրական առնվազն 2 լիտր ջուր խմել:
Սննդակարգում պետք է ներառել ձիթայուղ և ավոկադո
Առավոտը սկսեք մեկ բաժակ կիտրոնաջրից: Խուսափեք անմիջականորեն արևի ճառագայթների տակ մնալուց:
