Երեկ՝ մարտի 16-ին, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում, ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 118 հոդվածի և 137 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում հետաքննչական մարմինը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը թույլատրի իրավապահներին խուզարկություն կատարել Երևան քաղաքի Շահումյան 6-րդ փողոցում բնակվող, 46-ամյա Արթուր Սարգսյանին պատկանող տանը և դրան կից օժանդակ շինություններում:


Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է shamshyan.com-ը, դատարանը բավարարել է միջնորդությունը և խուզարկությամբ նշված տան օժանդակ շինություններում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են «Մագնում 58007» տիպի 12 տ/չ որսորդական հրազեն, «RECK Y-114933699» տիպի 9 մմ տ/չ գազային ատրճանակ՝ լիցքավորված 11 փամփուշտով, 4746 գրառմամբ անհայտ տեսակի ատրճանակ՝ առանց փամփուշտների, առանց գործարանային համարի թմբուկավոր ատրճանակ՝ լիցքավորված 7 փամփուշտով, 102 հատ որսորդական հրազենի 12 տ/չ փամփուշտներ, 236 հատ տարբեր տ/չ փամփուշտներ, «Սվին» դանակներ՝ պատյանների վրա առկա՝ համապատասխանաբար 882 և 32 գրառումներով, 2 հատ 9 մմ տ/չ գազային ատրճանակի փամփուշտ, 4 հատ թափանցիկ ապակյա տարաներում առկա հեղուկներ՝ նմանվող թունավոր նյութի /սնդիկ/, 3 հատ որսորդական դանակ, 1 հատ սուր, «Տիր» տիպի հրացան՝ փամփուշտներով, 2 հատ ներարկիչ՝ 5 մգ և 1.0 մգ ծավալի, որոնցից 5 մգ-ոց ներարկիչում առկա էր 0.2 մգ ծավալի սպիտակավուն հեղուկ, իսկ մյուսը՝ դատարկ վիճակում, օգտագործված:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում հարուցված քրեական գործը փոխանցվել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
