Արցախում ՊԲ ռազմական խորհրդի նիստ է անցկացվել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄարտի 16-ին, ԱՀ ՊՆ, ՊԲ հրամանատար, գեներալ-մայոր Կարեն Աբրահամյանի նախագահությամբ անց է կացվել ՊԲ-ի ռազմական խորհրդի նիստ` նվիրված սպառազինության և տեխնիկայի վիճակին և ոլորտի աշխատանքների կազմակերպման հետագա բարելավման ուղիներին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Ռազմական խորհրդի աշխատանքներին մասնակցում էին բանակի հրամանատարի տեղակալները, շտաբի բաժինների և ծառայությունների պետերը, միավորումների, զորամասերի և գումարտակների հրամանատարները, բնագավառի հետ առնչվող զինվորական պաշտոնյաներ:
Բանակի հրամանատարի սպառազինության գծով տեղակալ, գեներալ-մայոր Վյաչեսլավ Դանիելյանը ծավալուն անդրադարձ է կատարել սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի շահագործման, տեխնիկական սպասարկման, նորոգման ու հաշվառման, տեսադիտարկման համակարգերի վիճակին, առկա խնդիրներին ու ներկայացրել բարելավման ուղիները:
Այնուհետև ըստ առանձին ուղղությունների հնչել են հաշվետու զեկույցներ, որոնք վերաբերում էին տարբեր զորատեսակներում սպառազինության ու ռազմական տեխնիկայի վիճակին, միավորումներում և զորամասերում` նշված ոլորտի կազմակերպման աշխատանքներին, մարտական հերթապահությունում և մշտական տեղակայման վայրերում առկա զինամթերքի պահպանման, հաշվառման և գործընթացի վերահսկողության հարցերին, տեսադիտարկման համակարգերի վիճակին և հարակից այլ թեմաների:
Ընդհանրացնելով ելույթների, վերլուծական զեկույցների և քննարկումների արդյունքները, ՊԲ-ի հրամանատարը ներկաների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է այն հիմնական խնդիրների վրա, որոնց կարևորությունը ընդգծվել է խորհրդի նիստի ընթացքում և հանձնարարել է համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձանց, հետագա ծառայության ժամանակ հաշվի առնել բանակի հրամանատարության մոտեցումներն ու ռազմական խորհրդի որոշման դրույթները:
