Ամերիաբանկը, կարևորելով աշխատակազմի ու կորպորատիվ մշակույթի դերը հաջողության և շուկայում առաջատարի դիրքի պահպանման գործում, ձգտում է որպես գործատու իր աշխատակիցների համար ապահովել լավագույն պայմանները:
Բանկի կարևորագույն ուղենիշներից է առանձնահատուկ կորպորատիվ մշակույթով աչքի ընկնող թիմի ձևավորումը և վերջինիս համար պրոֆեսիոնալ աճի և կյանքի որակի բարելավման համար լավագույն պայմանների ստեղծումը:

Մշտապես ընդլայնելով գործունեության շրջանակները և բարելավելով մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակը՝ Բանկը սոցիալական պատասխանատվության տեսանկյունից կարևորում է նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման գործընթացը: 2007- 2018թթ. Բանկի անձնակազմը դինամիկ աճում է: Շուրջ 300 նոր աշխատակցով թիմը համալրվել է 2018թ: Այժմ Բանկի աշխատակիցների թիվը հասնում է շուրջ 950-ի:

Մշտապես կարևորելով երիտասարդների ներգրավումը թիմ՝ Ամերիաբանկը 2008թ-ից արդյունավետ համագործակցում է Հայաստանի և օտարերկրյա լավագույն թիրախային ԲՈՒՀ-երի հետ՝ մասնագիտական պրակտիկայի և աշխատանքի հնարավորություններ ընձեռելով նաև սփյուռքահայ ուսանողների ու երիտասարդ մասնագետների համար: Բանկն արդեն իսկ իրականացրել է 10 «Ամերիա Սերունդ» ծրագիր, որոնց արդյունքում ներգրավել է ավելի քան 200 աշխատակից: 2018թ., մասնավորապես, իրականացվել է երկու «Ամերիա Սերունդ» ծրագիր, որոնց արդյունքում 57 երիտասարդ մասնագետ է միացել Բանկի թիմին: Իսկ 2019թ-ին պլանավորված է 3 ծրագրի իրականացում: Ծրագիրն իր տեսակի մեջ եզակի հնարավորություն է 20-27 տարեկան երիտասարդների համար` ստանալու տեսական և գործնական գիտելիքներ ֆինանսական ոլորտի և բանկային գործի վերաբերյալ, աշխատանքային միջավայրում շփվելու փորձառու մասնագետների հետ, ծանոթանալու կորպորատիվ մշակույթի առանձնահատկություններին և իրենց աշխատանքային ուղին սկսելու Ամերիաբանկում:

Ամերիաբանկի համար առանցքային նշանակություն ունի հայրենադարձությունը: Խրախուսելով տաղանդավոր հայ մասնագետների վերադարձը Հայաստան՝ Բանկն ակտիվորեն համագործակցում է զանազան հիմնադրամների հետ և պրակտիկայի ու աշխատանքի հնարավորություն ստեղծում նրանց համար: Միաժամանակ, Սփյուռքից մասնագետներ ներգրավելու շնորհիվ Հայաստան է բերվում միջազգային փորձը և գիտելիքը, որոնց արդյունավետ կիրառումը հավելյալ արժեք է ստեղծում երկրի տնտեսության համար:
