  2. 1թ.գ. մանրացրած տերևների վրա լցնել եռացրած ջուր,թողնել 20-30 րոպե,ընդունել 1/4 բաժակ օրական 3 անգամ ուտեուց 30 րոպե առաջ,4-րդ անգամը՝քնելուց առաջ:
