Օպերայի հարակից տարածքի սրճարանների ապամոնտաժման պրոցեսը 100%-ով իրավական է, իսկ աշխատողները նոր աշխատանք կգտնեն. Հայկ Մարության
SOCIETYՕպերայի հարակից տարածքի սրճարանների ապամոնտաժման պրոցեսը 100 տոկոսով իրավական է: Այս մասին հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում հայտարարեց Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե Օպերայի հարակից տարածքի սրճարանները ապամոնտաժելն իրավական է:
«Պրոցեսը 100 տոկոս իրավական է սկզբից մինչև վերջ: Մենք պետք է շարժվենք միայն օրենքով: Բազմիս խոսել ենք սրա մասին, այստեղ խնդիր չունենք: Պայմանագրով նախատեսված է, որ վարձատուն՝ համայնքը, իրավունք ունի հրաժարվել պայմանագրից՝ նախապես մեկ ամիս առաջ ծանուցելով վարձակալին: Պայմանագիրը կնքելուց քաղաքապետարանը, սուբյեկտը գիտեն, որ գոյություն ունի նման կետ»,- ասաց Հ. Մարությանը:
Հարցին՝ ապամոնտաժվելու են բոլո՞ր սրճարանները, Հայկ Մարությանը պատասխանեց, որ պրոցեսը լինելու է շարունակական, բայց փուլային: «Սկզբնական, առաջին էտապը լինելու է Օպերայի հարակից տարածքը: Բոլոր սրճարաններն են ապամոնտաժվելու: Երկու սրճարանի հետ դատական պրոցեսի մեջ ենք»,- ասաց նա՝ նշելով, որ սա պարզապես այգի չէ, սա Օպերայի շենք է, որը պետք է մշակութային մթնոլորտ ունենա:
Քաղաքապետը շեշտեց, որ սա առաջին քայլն է: «Ես զրուցում էի երգիչներից մեկի հետ, ասում էր, որ երբ արիան մի փոքր ցածր ես կատարում, դրսի երաժշտությունը ավելի բարձր ես լսում: Երբ սրճարանները վերանան, վերականգնվի կանաչ գոտին, մշակութային մթնոլորտը, կողքի երևույթներն էլ կվերանան»,- մանրամասնեց Հայկ Մարությանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է այն կարծիքներին, որ մարդիկ գործազուրկ են մնում, Մարությանն ընդգծեց, որ նշվող թվերն ուռճացված են, իրենք հաշվարկել են, թե այդ սրճարանները քանի աշխատող ունեն, և խոսքը տասնյակի մասին է: «Ինձ համար շատ կարևոր է ամեն մի աշխատատեղը, բայց այս մարդիկ գտնելու են նոր աշխատանքը: Կասկադի հարակից սրճարաններում 12 հոգի գտել է աշխատանք, Սարյանի սրճարաններից մեկն առաջարկություն է արել, միացել են Սարյանի մնացած սրճարանները: Խոսում ենք սրճարանների հետ, ասում ենք՝ միգուցե վերցնեք, խնդրում ենք՝ վերցրեք: Նույն մեր երևանցիներն են, մենք տառապում ենք իրենց խնդիրներով»,- հավելեց նա:
Հայկ Մարությանն ասաց, որ սրճարանի սեփականատերերը դուրս չեն եկել կոնտակտի, բայց «ամեն ինչ մաքսիմալ կոռեկտ է արվել», դեռ դեկտեմբերին ծանուցվել են, հունվարին էլ նամակներ են ուղարկել 3 տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտի, որտեղ ասվել էր, որ ողջամիտ ժամկետներում սրճարաններն իրենք ապամոնտաժեն սրճարանները:
«Զանգել ենք, խոսել ենք տնօրենների հետ, ասել են, որ չեն ապամոնտաժելու, դուք ինչ ուզում եք, արեք: Մեր կողմից ամեն ինչ արվել է, որ իրենց կոմֆորտ լինի: Իրավական առումով 100 տոկոսանոց է, մարդկային առումով էլ մենք ամեն ինչ 100 տոկոսանոց ենք արել, որովհետև իրենք մեր քաղաքացիներն են»,- նշեց նա՝ ավելացնելով, որ իրենց ցանկացել են հանդիպել տնօրենները, բայց ոչ սեփականատերերը: ]
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը վերսկսել էր Օպերայի հարակից տարածքի սրճարանների ապամոնտաժումը: Այդ սրճարանների աշխատակիցները բողոքի ակցիա էին կազմակերպել, փակել էին Մաշտոցի պողոտան, ոստիկանության և ցուցարարների միջև քաշքշուկ էր տեղի ունեցել:
