Ինչո՞ւ են ակտիվացել մարզպետները
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթն արդեն անդրադարձել է ՏԻՄ ոլորտում տիրող իրավիճակին, թե ինչպես են մարզպետներն ամեն կերպ փորձում իրենց դիրքերն ամրապնդել համայնքային «դաշտում» և վերահսկողություն սահմանել հատկապես ֆինանսական հարցերում: Թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ մարզպետներն այս հարցում հստակ ուղղորդում ունեն «վերին» իշխանություններից. նրանց վրա «պլան» է դրված, որ, մինչև կառավարության գործունեության մեկ տարվա հաշվետվությունը, համայնքների բոլոր «ըմբոստ» ղեկավարների առումով այնպիսի միջոցներ ձեռնարկեն, որ կա՛մ հրաժարական ներկայացնեն, կա՛մ «հավատարմության երդում» տան:
Խնդրի վերաբերյալ, ըստ տեղեկությունների, անցած շաբաթ եղել է փակ քննարկում և հանձնարարվել է գործընթացն արագացնել: Հավանաբար դա է պատճառը նաև, որ վերջին օրերին մարզպետներից մի քանիսն ակնհայտ, բաց տեքստով թիրախային քննադատում են առանձին համայնքապետների՝ այս կերպ փորձելով «շեֆության» աչքին առավել գործուն ու նվիրյալ երևալ: Մի քանի մարզպետներ տարբեր առիթներով դժգոհել և կեղծ լուրեր են տարածել, որ մի քանի «չարաճճի» ՏԻՄ ղեկավարներ տապալել են ներդրումային ծրագրեր, որպեսզի մարզում տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշները նվազեն: Այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ հարկ է նշել, որ մարզպետներից մեկն իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում էժանագին քարոզչական հնարքների է դիմում՝ խոսելով մարզում սպասվող մի քանի միլիարդի հասնող ներդրումների մասին, որոնց, սակայն, կառավարությունը դեռևս հավանություն չի տվել: Սա նշանակում է, որ այս պոպուլիստական քայլով մարզային ղեկավարները հերթական «դամոկլ յան սուրն են կախում» կառավարության գլխին՝ նորից անիմաստ հարվածի տակ դնելով կառավարության, հատկապես վարչապետի վարկանիշը:
