  • 1 հասած բանան, 1-2 հատ թարմ կաղամբի տերևներ կամ մի բուռ սպանախ կամ նեխուրի ցողուն․
  • 3 խուրմա առանց կորիզների, 1 բաժակ թարմ կամ սառեցրած հապալաս,
  • 2-3 քառակուսի դառը շոկոլադ կամ 1 թեյի գդալ կակաոյի փոշի, 2 թեյի գդալ քունջութի սերմեր, 300 մլ․ ջուր։

Պատրաստումը՝

Դրեք բոլոր բաղադրիչները բլենդերի մեջ և խառնեք մինչև այն պահը, երբ կստանաք միատարր զանգված։ Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կարող եք ավելացնել մի փոքր ջուր։

Ըստ ցանկության կարելի է ավելացնել դարչին և բնական մեղր։
