Ստեփանակերտում ԱԽ նիստ անցկացնելը քաղաքական տրամաբանության շարունակություն է․ Արմեն Գրիգորյան
POLITICSՍտեփանակերտում Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ անցկացնելը քաղաքական տրամաբանության շարունակություն է։ Պատմական տեսանկյունից Արցախում անցկացնելու փաստն աննախադեպ էր, քաղաքական տրամաբանության տեսանկյունից՝ աննախադեպ չէր։
Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության «60 րոպե» հաղորդման ժամանակ վերոնշյալ պարզաբանումն արեց ՀՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ որոշում կայացվեց Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստն անցկացնել Արցախում։
«Մենք հասկանում ենք, որ մեր անվտանգային հարցերը պետք է համատեղ քննարկենք։ Հաճախ անհրաժեշտ է, որ ավելի ընդլայնված թիմով նստենք և տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ համապարփակ քննարկումներ ունենանք՝ լուծումների մասին մտածելով, որովհետև, օրինակ, Անվտանգության խորհրդի նախորդ նիստում հարցեր են եղել, որ քննարկել ենք և հասկացել ենք, որ անհրաժեշտություն կա, որ Արցախից էլ պաշտոնյաներ ներկա լինեն, որ կարողանանք որոշ հարցերում առաջ գնալ։ Այդտեղից էլ միտք է ծագել, որ այս ֆորմատը հնարավոր տարբերակ է»,- նշեց ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։
ԱԽ քարտուղարը նաև ընդգծեց՝ միասնական նիստը նաև առիթ էր՝ քննարկելու քաղաքական միասնական մոտեցումները, ձևավորելու միասնական քաղաքական օրակարգ․ «Սա ևս մեկ անգամ մեր միասնականությունը ամրագրելու նիստ էր»։
Հարցին՝ մարտավարական և ռազմավարական մոտեցումներում Արցախի և Հայաստանի իշխանություններն ունե՞ն տարաձայնություններ, Ա․ Գրիգորյանը ընդգծեց՝ «Ոչ մի տարաձայնություն չունենք այդ հարցերում, միասնական ենք անվտանգության բոլոր հարցերում»։
