«Լիդիան Ինթերնեյշնլ Լիմիթեդ» ընկերությունը հայտարարել է, որ Ամուլսարի ոսկու ծրագրի ճանապարհների շարունակական շրջափակման կապակցությամբ Lydian UK Corporation Limited և Lydian Canada Ventures Corporation ընկերության դուստր կազմակերպությունները պաշտոնապես տեղյակ են պահել ՀՀ կառավարությանը, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության և ՀՀ կառավարության միջև Ներդրումների խրախուսման և պաշտպանության պայմանագրի և Կանադայի կառավարության և ՀՀ կառավարության միջև Ներդրումների խրախուսման և պաշտպանության պայմանագրի շրջանակներում ՀՀ կառավարության հետ վեճերի առկայության մասին: 

Lydian UK-ը կամ Lydian Canada-ն չեն երաշխավորում, որ կանցնեն բուն արբիտրաժին կամ կդիմեն այլ միջազգային արբիտրաժային դատարան, սակայն ինքնին հասկանալի է, որ «Լիդիանը» երեկվա հաղորդագրությամբ տվել է հենց միջազգային արբիտրաժային դատարան դիմելու գործընթացի մեկնարկը՝ գնդակը թողնելով Հայաստանի կառավարության դաշտում։

Ամուլսարի հանքի շուրջ կատարվող իրադարձությունները լավագույն ինդիկատորն են, որ Հայաստանի գործող կառավարությունը չունի որոշումների կայացման հստակ մեխանիզմ, ինչի հետևանքով կարող են վտանգվել թե՛ Հայաստանի ներդրումային իմիջը և թե՛ բնապահպանական խնդիրները։ Ընդ որում, այստեղ գործ ունենք կառավարության փաստացի անգործության, ինչպես նաև ակնհայտ պոպուլիզմի հետ, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը չի կարողանում դուրս գալ հեղափոխական էյֆորիայի տրամաբանությունից ու փորձում է դուր գալ բոլորին՝ ներդրողներին, Ամուլսարի շահագործման դեմ պայքարող բնապահպան ակտիվիստներին, խնդրից անտեղյակ ու չկողմնորոշված հասարակությանը։

Հեղափոխությունից հետո խոսվում էր այն մասին, որ փորձագիտական աշխատանքներ պետք է իրականացվեն, որից հետո կորոշեն՝ արդյոք թույլ տա՞լ հանքի շահագործումը, թե՞ ոչ։ Անցել են ամիսներ, գրեթե մեկ տարի, սակայն որևէ փորձագիտական աշխատանք չկա, համենայնդեպս, հանրությանը փորձագիտական աշխատանքների ընթացքի մասին տեղյակ չի պահվում։ Փոխարենը՝ Հայաստանը կանգնած է միջազգային արբիտրաժային դատարանում հայտնվելու վտանգի առաջ, ինչի հետևանքով բյուջեն զրկվելու է տարեկան 100 միլիոն դոլար գումարից, պետությունը հայտնվելու է 2 միլիարդ դոլարի պարտավորության տակ։ Սակայն ամենավտանգավորն այն է, որ կառավարության, ըստ էության, անգործության հետևանքով լուծում չեն ստացել ոչ միայն բնապահպանական խնդիրները, այլև վտանգված է Հայաստանի ներդրումային իմիջը, ինչի հետևանքով տնտեսական հեղափոխության մասին խոսակցությունները դառնում են անիմաստ ու անհեռանկար։
