Զինվորի վրա 15 փամփուշտ կրակած սերժանտի դեմ քրգործը կարճվել է. հայրը կասկածում է, որ «փողն է դեր ունեցել»

Տավուշի մարզի Իջևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, նախկին ժամկետային զինծառայող Դավիթ Քամալյանն ու նրա ծնողները վիրավորված ու վրդովված են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի որոշումից, որը որոշել է կարճել 19-ամյա Դավիթին մարտական դիրքում դիմահար կրակակերթով վիրավորելու առթիվ հարուցված քրգործը:
Անցյալ տարվա՝ 2018-ի փետրվարի 20-ին Արցախի Մարտունի 3 զորամասի նախկին ծառայող Դավիթ Քամալյանը 7 հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել ծառայակցի՝ սերժանտ Սերյոժա Նահապետյանի կրակոցից, սակայն այս տարվա հունվարին քրգործը կարճվել է: Քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները որոշել են գործը կարճել՝ հանցակազմի բացակայության պատճառով:
«Ցավն էն ա, որ էն, ինչ գրվել է քրգործով ու հայտարարվել, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում»,-Forrights.am-ին ասաց նախկին զինվորը՝ հավելելով. «Ես բողոք չեմ ներկայացրել՝ դառնալով հաշմանդամ ու ունենալով բազմաթիվ վնասվածքներ, բայց իմ վրա կրակող սերժանտը իմ դեմ է ցուցմունք գրել ու ինձ մեղադրել կատարվածում: Ես չորս օր կոմայի մեջ եմ եղել, հենց դուրս եմ եկել, բժիշկը մոտեցել, ասում ա՝ էս էն տղեն ա, որ պարոլ են ուզել, չի պատասխանել, կրակել են, բայց նման բան չի եղել: Այ էդ ա ցավը»:
Դավիթի վրա կրակել է ծառայակից սերժանտը, ով առաջին անգամ է նրա հետ դիրք բարձրացել: Դիրքում ուշ երեկոյան Դավիթը գնացել է զուգարան, հետ գալուց սերժանտը դիմահար կրակել է, վախեցել է, թե թշնամին է: Սակայն հետո ցուցմունք է տվել, թե Դավիթից երեք անգամ նշանաբառ է ուզել, չի ասել, դրա համար է կրակել:
«Բայց տրամաբանությունը ո՞րն է, որ ես լռեմ՝ իմանալով, որ կրակելու է, էն էլ երեք անգամ: Ինքը գրել է, թե այդ պահին գնացել է ճաշարանի կողմը, հետո ոտնաձայներ է լսել, իբր նշանաբառ է հարցրել, չեմ պատասխանել, կրակել է, բայց նման բան չի եղել: Խելքին մոտ չի, որ հնարավոր է երեք անգամ նշանաբառ ուզեր, չպատասխանեի, իրականում ոչ մի նշանաբառ չի ուզել, ես զուգարանից վերադարձել եմ, միանգամից կրակահերթ է բացել իմ վրա»,-պատմեց Դավիթը՝ հավելելով, որ սերժանտը բավարար պատրաստվածություն չի ունեցել. «Ես 19 ամիս ծառայել եմ, դիրքերում 20 հերթափոխ եմ կատարել, իսկ ինքը նոր էր եկել 6-7 օր էր դիրքերում»:
Սերժանտը 15 կրակոց է արձակել Դավիթի ուղղությամբ, որից նրա զինվորական բաճկոնի վրա 9 փամփուշտի տեղ է բացվել, իսկ Դավիթի մարմնի վրա կա 7 հրազենային վիրավորում: «Մի փամփուշտը մինչև հիմա մեջս է, ողնաշարիս կողքը, ռակաշետով է մտել, թոքս ծակել է, երիկամս ծակել է, ողնաշարի մոտ կանգնել է»,-պատմեց Դավիթը, ով մինչ այժմ դեռ լիովին չի վերականգնվել:
