LIFEՄայրս միշտ ասում էր,որ մեղվախոտը օգտակար է առողջության համար,ամրացնում է իմունային յամակարգը,սակայն այս ամառ ես էլի բացահայտումներ կատարեցի այս բույսի վերաբերյալ։
Ամռանը,երբ անառանոցում էի,մեր բակում մեղվախոտի թուփ հայտնաբերեցի։Ամեն օր դրա տերևներով թեյ էի պատրաստում և օրական մի քանի բաժակ խմում էի։Մի քանի օր անց նկատեցի,որ անքնությունս վերացել է։Ես արդեն քանի տարի է,ինչ չէի կարողանում հանգիստ քնել,իսկ այդ բույսից հետո քունս 7֊8 ժամ էր տևում։

Մեղվախոտ՝վնաս և օգուտ
Այս բույսը հատկապես օգտակար է տարեց մարդկանց համար։Այն օգնում է սրտային հիվանդությունների, տախիկարդիայի,սրտի շրջանում ցավերի դեպքում։
Ժողովրդական բժշկության մեջ այն օգտագործվում է գլխացավերի, աթերոսկլերոզի, միգրենի,գլխապտույտների, դեպրեսիայի,ինչպես նաև աղեստամոքսային խանգարումների և հիվանֆությունների ժամանակ։

4ճ.գ. մեղվախոտի տերևներին ավելացնել 2 բաժակ եռացրած ջուր,թողնել 4 ժամ,խմել օրական 3 անգամ կես բաժակով ուտելուց առաջ։

1թ.գ. մեղվախոտի տերևները եռացնել մեկ բաժակ ջրի մեջ,թողնել 1,5 ժամ,խմել կես բաժակով օրական 2 անգամ հիվանդության ամենածանր օրերին։
Հակացուցումներ
Չափից շատ օգտագործումը կարող է բերել գլխացավի և ունենալ միզամուղ ազդեցություն։Եթե սրտի աշխատանքը 60֊ից ցածր է,ապա այն օգտագործել չի կարելի։
