Աշտարակի անչափահաս բնակիչն սպառնացել է հրապարակել աղջկա մերկ, գրկախառնված նկարներն ու գումար պահանջել
SOCIETYԱշտարակ քաղաքի բնակիչն շանտաժի է ենթարկել իր հետ սեռական հարաբերություն ունեցած աղջկան ու գումար պահանջել: «Փաստինֆո»-ի հաղորդմամբ` արարքը կատարու ժամանակ տղան եղել է անչափահաս:
Նախաքննական մարմնի վարկածով` 2000 թ. ծնված տղան 2016 թվականի ընթացքում «Facebook» սոցիալական կայքի միջոցով ծանոթացել է Աբովյան քաղաքի մի բնակչուհու հետ, որոնց շփումը համացանցի միջոցով շարունակվել է տեւական ժամանակ: 2018 թվականի փետրվար ամսին միասին գնացել են Ջրվեժ թաղամասում գտնվող «Ադամ» հյուրանոցային համալիր, որտեղ փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ ունեցել են սեռական հարաբերություն: Հյուրանոցում գտնվելու ժամանակ տղան աղջկա բջջային հեռախոսով մերկ ու գրկախառնված լինելու ժամանակ լուսանկարահանել է իրենց, այնուհետև լուսանկարներն ուղարկել իր «nstagram» սոցիալական կայքի էջին և դրանք պահել իր մոտ: Մեկ ամիս անց` 2018թ. մարտ ամսից անչափահասն սկսել է աղջկան շանտաժի ենթարկել: Ինտիմ լուսանկարները հրապարակելու սպառնալիքով տղան պահանջել է նախ 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, ինչը աղջիկը նրան փոխանցել է: Մեկ ամիս անց` 2018թ. ապրիլին, տղան կրկին գումար է պահանջել` այս անգամ 10.000 ՀՀ դրամ: Դրանից հետո 2018թ. հունիսի 11-ին կրկին լուսանկարները հրապարակելու սպառնալիքով տղան ուզել է արդեն 30.000 ՀՀ դրամ: Պայմանավորված օրը հանդիպելով` աղջիկը նրան է փոխանցել 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, քանի որ չի ունեցել աըլ գումար, բայց տղային դա չի գոհացրել եւ նա վերցրել է նաեւ աղջկա «Sayomi» մոդելի բջջային հեռախոսը` պայմանով, որ այն հետ կվերադարձնի պահանջված գումարի մնացորդը տալուց հետո:
Ի վերջո շորթման մասին հայտնի է դարձել իրավապահներին: Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, անչափահասին առաջադրվել մեղադրանք:
Քրեական գործի դատական քննության փուլում ամբաստանյալն առաջադրված մեղադրանքում իրենց մեղավոր է ճանաչել և խնդրել քրեական գործի վարույթը կարճել` համաներման որոշման համապատասխան կետի հիմքով: Տուժողը եւս չի առարկել:
«Փաստինֆո»-ի հաղորդմամբ` դատարանը որոշել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով քրեական գործի վարույթը կարճել և տղայի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնել` համաներման ակտի կիրառմամբ: Ընտրված խափանման միջոցը` հսկողության հանձնելը, վերացվել է:
