Կանայք քաղաքականության մեջ. քանակական ավելացումը դեռ չի նշանակում ակտիվության որակական և բովանդակային աճ
ANALYSISԿանանց տոների առիթով կրկին ակտիվացել են տարատեսակ քննարկումներն այն մասին, որ Հայաստանում կանայք ակտիվորեն չեն մասնակցում քաղաքական-հասարակական կյանքին: Մյուս կողմից էլ, իհարկե, արձանագրվում են նաև դրական միտումներ, որ վերջին տարիներին կանայք բավական ակտիվ են այս ոլորտներում: Կանանց ակտիվության և պասիվության հարցը, սակայն, արհեստականացվում է ու չի թողնում տեսնել իրական պատկերը:
Բազմաթիվ միջազգային պայմանավորվածությունների շրջանակներում Հայաստանն այլևս ունի ֆորմալ և ոչ ֆորմալ պարտավորություններ՝ կանանց ներառելու քաղաքական կյանքում: ԱԺ-ում, օրինակ, այդպիսով հայտնվել ու հայտնվում են բազմաթիվ կին պատգամավորներ: Թե նրանցից քանիսն է իսկապես ակտիվ քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվել նախկինում և հիմա, կարելի է անզեն աչքով տեսնել: Ակնհայտ է, որ հիմնական միտումը բացասական է: Այսինքն, կանանց ավելացումը քաղաքական հարթակներում դեռ չի նշանակում կանանց ակտիվության որակական և բովանդակային աճ:
Մյուս կողմից էլ միշտ չէ, որ կանանց ներկայությունը քաղաքական հարթակներում նպաստում է դրանցում մասկուլինության ու արխայիզմի թուլացմանը: Այս նպատակը, ընդ որում, առաջնայիններից է՝ կանանց քաղաքական իրավունքների նպատակահարմարությունը քարոզողների համար: Դիցուք, Ռուսաստանի Պետական դումայում բազմաթիվ հետադիմական, կոնսերվատիվ, արգելող ու ծայրահեղ մերժողական նախագծերի հեղինակները հենց կանայք են:
Ասել է թե, կանանց թվի արհեստական ավելացումը խորհրդարանում խնդիրը չի լուծում, եթե այն չի լուծվել բովանդակային իմաստով: Իրականությունն այն է, որ Հայաստանը նոր է մտնում մի փուլ, երբ հասարակական, տնտեսական ու քաղաքական կյանքում կանանց տեսակարար և բովանդակային կշիռը սկսում է աճել: Պրոցեսն ընթանում է բավական բնականոն հունով, եթե դրան նայենք ոչ թե արհեստականորեն փոխառված չափանիշների աչքերով, այլ մեր հասարակության տրանսֆորմացիաների:
