Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը մարտի 5-ին Հաագայում հանդիպել է Նիդեռլանդների Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի մի խումբ պատգամավորների՝ խորհրդարանական տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի արտաքին հարաբերությունների պատասխանատուների հետ: Հանդիպումը կազմակերպվել է Նիդեռլանդներում հայկական կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Մաթո Հախվերդյանի աջակցությամբ:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը ընդգծել է, որ անցած տարիների ընթացքում Արցախի խորհրդարանը գործընկերային հարաբերություններ է հաստատել եվրոպական մի շարք երկրների եւ միջխորհրդարանական կազմակերպությունների հետ, իսկ Նիդեռլանդների օրենսդիր մարմնի ներկայացուցիչների հետ նման կազմով առաջին անգամ է հանդիպում:

Աշոտ Ղուլյանը հակիրճ տեղեկություններ է հաղորդել Արցախի պատմության, ազատության եւ ինքնորոշման համար պայքարի քաղաքական եւ իրավական հիմքերի, Արցախի պետականաշինության առանձնահատկությունների վերաբերյալ:

Հանդիպման վերջում պատասխանելով ներկաների հարցերին՝ Արցախի խորհրդարանի նախագահը անդրադարձել է ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման ներկա վիճակին եւ հեռանկարներին, Արցախի տնտեսական զարգացման հնարավորություններին ու մի շարք այլ թեմաների:
