Սահմանամերձ գյուղերում վարկը կտրվի զրո տոկոսով
SOCIETYԿառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց ագրոպարենային ոլորտի սարքավորումների ֆինանսական վարձակալության լիզինգի աջակցության ծրագրին:
Գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Գեղամ Գևորգյանը նշեց, որ ծրագրի շրջանակում ֆինանսական կառույցների կողմից ընդունվել են 30 տնտեսավարողի լիզինգի տրամադրման հայտեր շուրջ 1.8 միլիարդ դրամի չափով, որից հաստատվել է արդեն 8 հայտ:
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հետաքրքրվեց՝ սա գյուղացիներին կոնկրետ ի՞նչ հնարավորություն է տալիս:
«Սրանով գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործող բիզնեսներին հնարավորություն է տրվում սարքավորում ձեռք բերել 4 տոկոսով»:
Նա նշեց, որ լիզինգով ձեռք բերվող սարքավորումների թվում ավելացնում են նաև կաթ տեղափոխող նոր սարքավորում: «Ավելացնում ենք կաթ տեղափոխող իզոթերմիկ ցիստեռններ», - նշեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ կթող սարքը մտնում է դրա մեջ:
«Սա շատ կարևոր է, որովհետև ձեռքով կթված կաթն ու այդ գործիքով կթված կաթը տարբեր գների ու արժեքների ապրանքներ են, ընդ որում, տարբերությունը էական է: Շատ կարևոր է կթելուց հետո կաթի պահպանման ջերմաստիճանը: Այս պայմաններում ստացած կաթը արտադրության մեջ ունի բոլորովին այլ նշաձող, քան ավանդական եղանակով ստացած կաթը։ Հույս ունենք, որ այս հնարավորություններից մեր հայրենակիցները կօգտվեն»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Գեղամ Գևորգյանը տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ սահմանամերձ գյուղերում այս ծրագիրը կգործի զրո տոկոսով:
«Օրինակ, եթե ինչ-որ մեկը ցանկանա Չինարիում կամ Պառավաքարում գործունեություն իրականացնել, հատուկ վերաբերմունք է լինելու..., զրո տոկոսով», - ասաց նախարարը:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շեշտեց՝ տոկոսները հնարավորինս պետք է իջեցվեն, որ վարկային միջոցները դառնան մատչելի:
Փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն էլ ասաց, որ մոնիթորինգ են իրականացնում, և որտեղ հնարավոր է միջոցների ավելացում, պայմանների բարելավում, շատ արագ կարձագանքեն ու նոր որոշումներ կբերեն կառավարություն:
«Մենք մարդկանց քաջալերում ենք, որ աշխատեն, մյուս կողմից՝ մենք պետք է այդ հնարավորությունները ստեղծենք», - ամփոփեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
