Այս գաճաճ պետությունը պայքարում է՝ աշխարհում բնակչության 1 շնչին հասնող ամենաբարձր ՀՆԱ-ի համար,- տեղեկացնում է Past.am-ը: «Մոնակո» բառն արտաբերելիս, մեր աչքի առաջ գալիս են խաղատներ, փողի կույտեր, սպորտային ավտոմեքենաներ, սակայն քչերն են մտածում, թե ինչպես է այդ փոքրիկ քաղաքը դարձել մագնիս՝ հարուստների համար:
Մոնակոյում՝ Ֆրանսիական Ռիվիերայի հարևանությամբ, միջերկրածովյան այս ափին ապրում է մոտավորապես 37 հազար մարդ: WealthInsight գործակալության հաղորդմամբ՝ նրանց մեկ երրորդը միլիոնատերեր են:
