Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջի երկու դասախոսի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է «Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ-ում փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու դասախոսի:
Քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ 2017 թվականի օգոստոս ամսին ՀՀ ԿԳՆ «Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի արտադրական ուսուցման վարպետը, Տավուշի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի երկու բնակիչների անվամբ լրացրել է պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող նշված քոլեջի ընդունելության դիմումները և կեղծելով նրանց ստորագրությունները՝ վերջիններիս քոլեջում հաշվառել որպես ուսանողներ:
Այնուհետև 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 12-ին քոլեջի վարպետը, նույն ուսանողների փոխարեն կեղծելով վերջիններիս ստորագրություները, ստորագրել է քոլեջի և ուսանողների միջև կնքված պայմանագրերը, իսկ 2018 թվականի հունվար ամսին, կրկին կեղծելով նրանց ստորագրությունները, գրել է կեղծ դիմումներ՝ բնակության վայրը փոխելու պատճառաբանությամբ ուսանողի պարտականություններից ազատելու վերաբերյալ, որոնց հիման վրա նրանք հեռացվել են քոլեջից:
Պարզվել է նաև, որ «Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի թվով 14 դասախոսներ թվով 8 ուսանողների՝ ՀՀ-ից բացակայելու պարագայում նրանց բացակայությունները չեն հաշվառել և նշանակել են կեղծ գնահատականներ:
Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված տվյալների համակցությամբ՝ «Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի դասախոսներից մեկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (7 դրվագ), իսկ երկրորդին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (4 դրվագ): Նրանց մասով հայտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտի մասին, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
Իսկ 12 դասախոսների մասով 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 27-ին որոշում է կայացվել քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելու և քրեական հետապնդում չիրականացնելու մասին` համաներման ակտի ուժով:
