Մեկ տարի անց բացահայտվել է Շիրակի մարզում կատարված սպանությունը (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETY2018թ. մարտի 8-ին Շիրակի մարզի Ազատան գյուղից Արևիկ տանող ճանապարհին հայտնաբերվել էր Սպիտակի բնակիչ, 1983թ ծնված Էդգար Գյուլազյանի դին։ Դատաբժշկի եզրակացությամբ՝ մահը վրա էր հասել մեթամֆետամին և կանաբինոիդների խմբին պատկանող նյութերի սուր թունավորումից։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից:
Նշվում է, որ հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 266-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով։
Դեպքից մեկ տարի անց Էրեբունու ոստիկանների և քննիչների ձեռնարկած համատեղ միջոցառմամբ ստացվել են դեպքին առնչվող օպերատիվ նոր տեղեկություններ։ Դրանց հետևողական ուսումնասիրման արդյունքում բացահայտվել են նոր հանգամանքներ։
Պարզվել է, որ Էդգար Գյուլազյանը իրականում սպանվել է, իսկ սպանությունը պատվիրել է նախկին դատապարտյալ, գյումրեցի՝ «Ուդի» մականվամբ Ռուբեն Սարգսյանը։
2018թ. մարտին «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատժիը կրելու ընթացքում Սարգսյանը նույն խցում գտնվող «Շաք» մականվամբ Սարգիս Ֆարմանյանին հայտնել էր Գյուլազյանից վրեժխնդիր լինելու և նրան սպանելու մտադրության մասին։ Ֆարմանյանը հանցավոր դիտավորությանն օժանդակելու համաձայնություն էր տվել։
Սարգսյանի մշակած սցենարով Ֆարմանյանի ընկերուհին՝ Նարե Ներսիսյանը, կապվել էր Էդգար Գյուլազյանի հետ։ Մարտի 7-ին հանդիպել էին հյուրանոցում, որտեղ էլ Ներսիսյանը մեծ չափաբաժնով թմրամիջոց էր ներարկել Գյուլազյանի երկու ձեռքերին՝ ձևացնելով, թե մահը վրա է հասել թմրամիջոցի գերդոզավորումից։ Սպանությունը կազմակերպելու համար Սարգսյանը Ֆարմանյանի տվել էր մոտ 10,000 դոլար։
Պատճառը՝ դատաքննության փուլում գտնվող՝ Սարգսյանի կողմից Գյուլազյանին առևանգելու վերաբերյալ քննվող քրեական գործն էր, իսկ նպատակը՝ որ տուժողը հնարավորության չունենա դատարանում պնդել իր դեմ ցուցմունքը։
Կատարած այլ արարք թաքցնելու նպատակով սպանություն պատվիրելու, սպանությունը կազմակերպելու և այն կատարելու դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Ձեռնարկված ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում Սագրիս Ֆարմանյանն ու Նարե Ներսիսյանը հայտնաբերվել, ձերբակալվել ապա դատարանի որոշմամբ կալանավորվել են։
Ռուբեն Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։
