POLITICSԱԺ հայտարարությունների ժամին «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վիկտոր Ենգիբարյանի հայտարարությունը անհանդուրժողականության և ատելության քարոզին էր վերաբերում:
«Կառավարման թափանցիկությունը, բաց հասարակական հարաբերությունները, ԶԼՄ-երի ազատությունը, ազատ սոցցանցերը պարարտ հող են չարակամ ուժերի կողմից մանիպուլյատիվ բնույթի սուտ տեղեկություններ տարածելու, հասարակական միասնականությունը խաթարելու համար»,-ասաց նա:
Պատգամավորը նշեց, որ եթե ուսումնասիրենք հայկական իրականությունը տարբեր մեդիաներում, կբացահայտենք, որ ապատեղեկատվությունների մանիպուլյատիվ բնույթի կեղծ քանակն արդեն սկսել է մի քանի անգամ գերազանցել ճշմարտության վրա հիմնված տեղեկություններին:
«Ակնհայտորեն կազմակերպված ձևով ստեղծվում են անհայտ ծագումով լրատվական կայքեր, սոցցանցերում «ֆեյք» էջեր, որոնք տարածում են աներևակայելի ապատեղեկատվություն, ատելություն, անվստահություն, կասկածամտություն ապագայի նկատմամբ: Ակնհայտ է, որ ՀՀ-ի դեմ պարբերաբար կազմակերպված տեղեկատվական հարձակումներ են սանձազերծվում: Վերջին շրջանում դրանք տեղի են ունենում ՀՀ-ի և հայ ժողովրդի դեմ, ունեն նույն բովանդակությունը, ինչ միմյանց դեմ իրականացնում են թշնամական պետությունները պատերազմի ժամանակ կամ լարված վիճակներում»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ այդ ամենը հատել է կարմիր գիծը և անցել անթույլատրելի սահմանը:
Վիկտոր Ենգիբարյանի խոսքով՝ ապատեղեկատվության կազմակերպիչները որևէ խտրականություն չեն դնում թեմաների առաջ: «Մտացածին դավադրությունների հեղինակները փորձում են հրահրել լարվածություն Արցախի հարցի շուրջ, փորձ է արվում սեպ խրել ՀՀ-ի և Արցախի ժողովուրդների միջև: Հստակ դիտավորություն կա նաև, որ նրանք ջանք ու եռանդ չեն խնայում բարեկամ երկրների միջև հարաբերություններում խառնակչություն հրահրելու համար, իհարկե անհաջող, բայց փաստն արդեն մտահոգիչ է»,-ասաց նա:
