Հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների մասին ԱՄՆ դիրքորոշումը հիացական չէ, բայց արգելքներ չկան. Արման Նավասարդյան (տեսանյութ)
POLITICSՀայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այցը Իրան բեկումնային նշանակություն ունի ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականության համար: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արման Նավասարդյանը: «Սա դիվանագիտության ճակատում ճեղքում էր»,- ասաց նա:
Արման Նավասարդյանն ասաց, որ երկու երկրներն էլ բոլորովին նոր մոտեցում ունեն հարաբերություններին: Ըստ նրա՝ նախկինում շատ էր խոսվում Իրան-Հայաստան հարաբերությունների մասին, բայց կոնկրետ քայլեր քիչ էին արվում:
«Իրանն ուզում էր հասկանալ՝ թավշյա հեղափոխությունը որևէ մեկի թելադրանքո՞վ է եղել, թե չէ: Կարծես համոզվեցին, որ դա այդպես չէ: Արձանագրվեց, որ երրորդ երկրի հաշվին հարաբերություններ չեն զարգանալու: Իրանը շատ է կարևորում Ղարաբաղի հարցը: Սահմանի երկարությամբ զգուշանում են ռազմական գործողություններ վերսկսելու առումով: Հակահայկական դիրքորոշում չունեն այս հարցում և դա շատ կարևոր է»,- մանրամասնեց Ա. Նավասարդյանը:
Հարցին՝ ԱՄՆ-ն չի՞ «զայրանա» Հայաստան-Իրան հարաբերությունների զարգացման համար, Արման Նավասարդյանն ասաց, որ Միացյալ Նահագների դիրքորոշումը հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունների մասով հիացական չէ, բայց արգելքներ չկան:
Անսպասելի էր գազի հետ կապված պայմանավորվածությունները: «Ոչ մեկը չէր կարծում, որ այդ ուղղությամբ կզարգանա թեման: Երբ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ առաջարկում են գազ ներմուծել տրանզիտային նպատակներով, բավական համարձակություն ցուցաբերվեց: Բարեբախտաբար, Ռոհանին ասաց, որ իրենք պատրաստ են նման քայլի: Խոսքը Իրան-Հայաստան-Վրաստան ձևաչափի մասին է:
Ծագում է մի կարևոր հարց՝ ռեա՞լ է դա, թե ոչ՝ հաշվի առնելով «Գազպրոմի» քաղաքական գիծը, որը տարածաշրջանում մենաշնորհ ունի:
Կարծում եմ, որ այս հարցը շոշափվել է մինչև Փաշինյանի այցը: Ռոհանիի նման գործիչը երբեք չէր անի մի հայտարարություն, որը նախապես չի համաձայնեցվել: Ուստի կարծում եմ, որ Պուտինի հետ հեռախոսազանգը պատահական չէր, համաձայնեցված է այդ հարցը»,- նշեց Արման նավասարդյանը:
