Երևանի 34-ամյա բնակիչը, ներկայանալով որպես դատախազության աշխատակից, քաղաքացիներից գումարներ է հափշտակել. նա ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ քաղաքացիներից խարդախությամբ խոշոր չափերի գումարներ հափշտակելու դեպքերի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է:
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, 2018-2019թթ. ընթացքում ներկայանալով որպես դատախազության աշխատակից, բնակարան ձեռք բերելու հարցում օժանդակելու, նախնական վճարումներ կատարելու պատրվակով՝ թվով 5 քաղաքացիներից առերևույթ խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է տարբեր չափերի գումարներ՝ պատճառելով գույքային վնաս:
Դեպքերի առթիվ 2019թ. փետրվար ամսին թվով երկու քրեական գործ հարուցվել է Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնում և ուղարկվել էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին՝ նախաքննություն կատարելու համար:
Քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են խարդախության դեպքերի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, դրանց կատարման մեխանիզմը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1985 թվականին:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում՝ 2019 թվականի մարտի 1-ին 1985թ. ծնված տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ առերևույթ խոշոր չափերով խարդախություն կատարելու կասկածանքով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ նույն անձի կողմից առերևույթ կատարված խարդախության այլ դեպքերի վերաբերյալ ևս:
Պարզվել է նաև, որ նույն անձի վերաբերյալ ևս երեք դեպքերով քրեական գործեր են քննվում նաև ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:
Որոշում է կայացվել՝ հիշյալ քրեական գործերը միացնելու, դրանք մեկ վարույթում քննելու և նախաքննությունը ԵՔՔՎ էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում կատարելու վերաբերյալ:
Քրեական գործի լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու, անհետաձգելի բազմաթիվ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ կատարելու նպատակով, ինչպես նաև հաշվի առնելով գործի բարդությունը և մեծածավալ լինելը՝ որոշում է կայացվել քննչական խումբ ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ:
Երևանի՝ 1985թ. ծնված բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (4 դրվագ) և 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (1 դրվագ):
Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ:
Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու նույն անձի կողմից առերևույթ կատարված հնարավոր այլ դեպքեր ևս:
