Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգության մակարդակը ժամանակի որևէ պահին չի կարող նվազել, այն ամեն օր միայն պետք է աճի:  ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը:

Պարոն Վանեցյան մամուլում լայն քննարկման առարկա է դարձել Արցախում արված  Ձեր հայտարարությունները, արձագանք է եղել նաև Ադրբեջանից։ Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք սա։

Ես պրոֆեսիոնալ սպա եմ և իմ գործն անվտանգության ապահովելն է, և թույլ չտալը որևէ ոտնձգություն Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգության համակարգի նկատմամբ: Սա հատկապես կարևոր է այն պայմաններում, երբ հարևան երկրից ամենաբարձր մակարդակներով գրեթե ամեն օր հիմնահարցի ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծման, ուժի և ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառման հայտարարություններ են հնչում։ Բնականաբար, մեր անվտանգության համակարգը պետք է պատրաստ լինի արձագանքելու այս սպառնալիքներին։ Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգության մակարդակը ժամանակի որևէ պահին չի կարող նվազել, այն ամեն օր միայն պետք է աճի և սրան են ուղղված մեր ջանքերը:

Արցախի Հանրապետություն կատարած վերջին այցի ընթացքում ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանն արել է հետևյալ հայտարարությունը. «Այն ծրագիրը, որն անվանում ենք վերաբնակեցման ծրագիր, իմ և մեր բոլորի օբյեկտիվ գնահատականով մեր երկրի անվտանգության հիմնական երաշխիքն է լինելու։ Որովհետև այն խոսքերը, այն արտահայտությունները և այն մարդիկ, որոնք միշտ շահարկում են թեման, թե հողերը հետ են տալու, բանակցելու են, զիջելու են և այլն, այդ ծրագրի արդյունքում մենք հստակ ուղերձ ենք տալու ողջ հայ ժողովրդին և ողջ աշխարհին, որ մենք ոչ մի թիզ հող հետ հանձնելու նպատակ չունենք, այլ ընդհակառակը, մեր հողերում պետք է բնակվեն մեր հայրենակիցները և շենացնեն մեր երկիրը»:
