Շիրակի պետական համալսարանի ռեկտորի ընտրությունը տապալվեց

Շուրջ 8 ժամ տևած ընտրությունների արդյունքում, այդպես էլ Շիրակի մայր բուհի ռեկտոր  չընտրվեց: Մարտի 2-ին Շիրակի պետական համալսարանում կայացավ բուհի ռեկտորի ընտրություն:  Ռեկտորի աթոռի համար պայքարում էր  երկու թեկնածու՝ Անդրանիկ Սարգսյանը եւ Լուսինե Ֆլջյանը:  Անդրանիկ Սարգսյանը Մաթեմատիկայի, ֆիզիկայի եւ տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ամբիոնի դասախոս է, տեխնիկական գիտությունների թեկնածու, դոցենտ, իսկ Լուսինե Ֆլջյանը՝ «Եվրասիա» միջազգային համալսարանի օտար լեզուների եւ գրականության ամբիոնի պրոֆեսոր, բանասիրական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր:

Ռեկտորի թափուր պաշտոնի համար մրցույթին թեկնածուները  ներկայացրին իրենց ծրագրերը,  այնուհետև պատասխանեցին  խորհրդի անդամների հարցերին: Հաշվիչ հանձնաժողովի ձևավորումից հետո տեղի ունեցավ գաղտնի քվերակություն:  Շիրակի մայր բուհի ռեկտոր կընտրվեր այն թեկնածուն, ով փակ և գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ կստանար խորհրդի 24 անդամների ձայների կեսից ավելին, սակայն թեկնածուներից ոչ մեկը չկարողացավ հավաքել անհրաժեշտ ձայները. Անդրանիկ Սարգսյանի օգտին գրանցվեց  8,  իսկ Լուսինե Ֆլջյանի օգտին՝ 6 ձայն. 9  քվեաթերթիկ ճանաչվեց անվավեր:Սկզբում  ռեկտորի ընտրության  համար ներկայացվել էր չորս հայտ: Թեկնածուներից մեկը, սակայն, ավելի վաղ ինքնաբացարկ էր հայտարարել, իսկ երկրորդ   թեկնածուի՝ Մանուշակ Կարապետյանի   մասնակցությունը  բուհի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդը չընդունեց՝ հաշվի առնելով այն,  որ թեկնածուն չուներ  փորձ՝ հանրային կառավարման եւ բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում£

2018 թվականի մայիսի 15-ին բուհի նախկին ռեկտոր Սահակ Մինասյանը հրաժարական ներկայացրեց: Ռեկտորի  պարտականությունները ժամանակավորապես իրականացնում էհամալսարանի պրոռեկտոր  Երվանդ Սերոբյանը:  Ռեկտորի հաջորդ ընտրությունները կորոշի բուհի հոգաբարձուների  խորհուրդը ªառաջիկա նիստի ընթացքում
