Հեղափոխության առաջնո՞րդ, թե՞ վարչապետ. երկակի վիճակ
POLITICSԻրանում հայ համայնքի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում վարչապետ Փաշինյանի արած սելֆին բուռն քննարկումների տեղիք է տվել: Շատ են քննադատություններն առ այն, որ սելֆին միակ բանն է, որ կարողանում է անել Փաշինյանը: Զուգահեռ, սակայն, հատկանշական է, որ սելֆի-լուսանկարը Փաշինյանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հավանել է ավելի շատ մարդ, քան նրա վերջին մի քանի գրառումները, որոնք առավելապես տնտեսական, վիճակագրական և պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության հռետորաբանության մեջ են:
Ասել, որ սա կարող է տալ միանշանակ դիտարկումների տեղիք, սխալ կլինի, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, որոշակի ենթադրությունների տեղիք տալիս է: Խնդիրը Փաշինյանի հանրային ընկալման տարբեր շերտերի մասին է: Ընկալման այն շերտում, որտեղ Փաշինյանը հեղափոխության առաջնորդ է, նա միանշանակ ավելի ընդունելի է, քան ընկալման մեկ այլ շերտում, որտեղ նա վարչապետ է, բյուրոկրատ, պաշտոնյա, որ մեջբերում է տնտեսական ցուցանիշներ, հանդես է գալիս խիստ պաշտոնական ելույթներով: Ըստ այդմ, նաև այն ելույթները, որոնք արվում են թղթից, պակաս դիտարժան են, քան նրանք, որոնք թղթից չեն արվում ու առավելապես հանրահավաքային տոնայնության մեջ են:
Այս երկակի ընկալման վիճակը երկակիության մեջ է դնում նաև Փաշինյանին, որն իշխանության է եկել որպես հեղափոխական առաջնորդ, սակայն հաշվի առնելով իշխանության ադմինիստրատիվ, բյուրոկրատական բնույթը՝ չի կարող նաև հաշվի չառնել պաշտոնական ամպլուան: Հակասակա՞ն է արդյոք այս վիճակը: Տեսականորեն այո: Գործնականում այն առայժմ համադրել ստացվում է: Խնդիրը, սակայն, այն է, որ հեղափոխական ընկալման հեղինակությունը դանդաղորեն իջնում է, ինչն ունի օբյեկտիվ ու սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներ: Սակայն պաշտոնական ընկալումը մնալու է այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ Փաշինյանը իշխանության ղեկին է: Մեկ այլ հակասականություն էլ կա այն առումով, որ ինչքան էլ մարդիկ ավելի համակրեն հեղափոխական Փաշինյանին, միևնույն է, արդյունքներ ակնկալելու են պաշտոնյա Փաշինյանից:
Հեղափոխական ամպլուան երկար պահել կստացվի՞, թե՞ ոչ, դժվար է ասել: Գուցե բոցաշունչ ելույթները, հանրահավաքային ձևաչափերը այս նպատակով են արվում, որպեսզի ամպլուայի էֆեկտիվությունը պահվի: Սակայն հուսալ, որ անընդհատ կլինեն նման առիթներ, առավել ևս նման ձևաչափերի պահանջարկ, միամտություն է: Ի վերջո, ևս մեկ հակասականություն էլ կա այն առումով, որ հանրահավաքային, ասել է թե՝ ոչ պաշտոնական ֆորմատը առավել օրգանական է ընդդիմադիր տրամադրությունների դեպքում: Ինչքանո՞վ հնարավոր կլինի այդ ֆորմատը ներդաշնակեցնել իշխանական դիրքավորման հետ, ևս հարց է, որի պատասխանը առաջիկայում պարզ կդառնա:
