SOCIETYPS 611 չվերթով Կիևից Հայաստան է ժամանել Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացի, ում մոտ լաբորատորհաստատվել է կարմրուկ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Հայաստանի Հիվանդություններիվերահսկման եւ կանխարգելման կենտրոնը:
Թռիչքը` Կիևից 24.02.2019 թ. ժամը 20:10-ին , ժամանում Երևան՝ 25.02.2019, ժամը 00:47-ին:
Տվյալ թռիչքի բոլոր ուղևորներին և ժամանման պահին օդանավակայանի սպասասրահումգտնվողներին հայ մասնագետները հորդորում են պատվաստվել կարմրուկի դեմ, եթե չենպատվաստվել կամ չունեն 2 դեղաչափ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ կարմրուկը սուր վիրուսային, խիստ վարակիչ հիվանդություն է, որը բնորոշվում է արտահայտված ինտոքսիկացիայով, կատառալ և ցանային երևույթներով: Վարակը փոխանցվում է օդա-կաթիլային ճանապարհով։ Կարմրուկն իր բարձր վարակելիությամբ տարբերվում է մյուս կառավարելի վարակներից: Մեկ հիվանդը վարակում է մինչև 18 կոնտակտավորի:
Կարմրուկի բարդությունները զարգանում են հիվանդության հիմնական ախտանիշներին զուգընթաց (ինտոքսիկացիա, կատառալ երևույթներ, ցան), հիվանդության ծաղկման շրջանում հասնում են բուռն արտահայտվածության և հետզհետե թուլանում։
Կարմրուկի ավելի ծանր բարդություններից են էնցեֆալիտները՝ գլխուղեղի բորբոքումները, հեպատիտները, ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի բորբոքումները, արյունազեղումները, տրոմբոցիտոպենիկ ծիրանացանը, սրտամկանի բորբոքումները, եղջերաթաղանթի բորբոքումները:
Ծայրահեղ ծանր, մահվան ելքով ավարտվող բարդություններից է ենթասուր սկլերոզային պանենցեֆալիտը, սա կարմրուկային էնցեֆալիտի դանդաղ ընթացող ձևն է, որն ավելի հաճախ հանդիպում է այն երեխաների մոտ, ովքեր կարմրուկով հիվանդացել են մինչև 2 տարեկանը, և մի քանի ամիս հետո բերում է հիվանդի մահվան:
