ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ խանութի սեփականատիրոջ նկատմամբ զենքի գործադրմամբ ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ: Երկու անձ ձերբակալվել է, որոնցից մեկը՝ անչափահաս: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:

2019 թվականի փետրվարի 26-ին՝ ժամը 05.45-ին, Արարատի մարզի՝ 71-ամյա բնակիչը հաղորդում է տվել առ այն, որ նույն օրը` ժամը 3:20-ի սահմաններում, դիմակավորված երկու անհայտ անձինք, օգտվելով Արարատի մարզի գյուղերից մեկում շուրջօրյա գործող իր մթերային խանութի մուտքի դռան բաց լինելու հանգամանքից, հարձակվել են իր վրա և դանակի գործադրմամբ, իր կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով հափշտակել են կանխիկ գումար, ծխախոտ և դիմել փախուստի:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում 2019թ. փետրվարի 26-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով: Մասիսի քննչական բաժնի պետի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել՝ քրեական գործի նախաքննության կատարումը քննչական խմբին հանձնարարելու մասին: Խանութի սեփականատերը ճանաչվել է տուժող և ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի շուրջ:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ ժամը 3.20-ին դիմակավորված երկու անձինք մուտք են գործել խանութ: Նրանից մեկը մոտեցել է խանութում նստած տարեց տղամարդուն, դանակը պարզել վերջինիս ուղղությամբ, իսկ մյուսը խանութի վաճառասեղանի դարակից գումար և մի քանի տուփ ծխախոտ է վերցրել, որից հետո դիմել են փախուստի:

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր հանդիսանում են նույն գյուղի երկու բնակիչներ՝ ծնված 2001թ.:

 

Վերջիններս ձերբակալվել են՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ զենքի գործադրմամբ ավազակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով: Պարզվել է նաև հանցագործության ժամանակ օգտագործված դիմակները պատրաստող անձի ինքնությունը, ով ևս նույն գյուղի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 2001թ.:

 

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, իրականացվել են խուզարկություններ, առգրավվել են դեպքի պահին երիտասարդների հագին եղած հագուստները:

Ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մեկի մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է նաև տեղանքի զննություն, որի ժամանակ դիմակի պատրաստման վայրից հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել են դիմակի կտրած կտորներ, իսկ դիմակի պահման վայրում հայտնաբերվել է նաև մեկ հատ սև դիմակ:

Հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք: Առգրավվել են նաև խանութի տեսանկարահանող սարքի ձայնագրությունը և ենթարկվել զննության: Խանութի սեփականատիրոջ՝ մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու հանգամանքն ստուգելու համար նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ
