Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տարածած մամուլի հաղորդագրությունից, որն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
«Շինարարական աղբի կուտակման ահազանգի հետքերով օրերս Հրազդանի կիրճ այցելած մեր նկարահանող խումբն ականատես եղավ քաղաքաշինական կոպիտ խախտումներով կառուցապատման դեպքի:
Այս պաստառից այն կողմ պատկերն ամենևին էլ չի համապատասխանում գրությանը: Հանգստի գոտի՝ ծառերի հաշվին:
«Իրականում, քաղաքապետարանի կողմից տրված շինթույլտվության հիման վրա կառուցապատումն իրականացվել է համաձայնեցված նախագծի կոպիտ շեղումներով: Այն կասեցված է, ներկայումս կառուցապատողի կողմից որևէ քաղաքաշինական գործունեություն այս տարածքում չի իրականացվում: Կազմվել է համապատասխան արձանագրություն՝ կառուցապատողին վարչական տույժի ենթարկելու համար»,- ասում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի քաղաքաշինության և հողի վերահսկողության վարչության պետի տեղակալը:
Հրազդանի կիրճ 3 և 3/1 հասցեներում հանգստի գոտու կառուցման շինարարական թույլտվությունը քաղաքապետարանը տվել է 2017թ.-ին: Քարե շինությունների փոխարեն պետք է լինեին թեթև կոնստրուկցիաներ, սակայն կառուցապատողը նախընտրել է այս տարբերակը և դեռ ավելին՝ վերջերս էլ դիմել է նախագիծը վերահամաձայնեցնելու և կառուցապատման աշխատանքները շարունակելու խնդրանքով. Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը մերժել է նոր հայտը:
«Կառուցապատողի նկատմամբ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ գործերի քննության բաժնում ներկայումս գործի քննություն է ծավալվել, սակայն կառուցապատողն էլ իր հերթին է միջնորդություն ներկայացրել՝ գործի նյութերին ծանոթանալու և լրացուցիչ փաստաթղթեր ներկայացնելու համար: Այդ կապակցությամբ գործի քննությունը հետաձգվել է, և մենք սպասում ենք մինչև այդ վարույթի ավարտը: Համապատասխան որոշում կայացվելուց հետո արդեն կքննարկվի տվյալ շինության քանդման հետ կապված խնդրի կարգավորումը»,- նշում է Ռուբեն Խոջայանը:
Կառուցապատումն իրականացնող Տիգրան Ավետիսյանն այդպես էլ չցանկացավ հանդիպել ու զրուցել մեզ հետ:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը մեկ անգամ ևս հիշեցնում է բնակիչներին՝ զերծ մնալ ապօրինի կառուցապատումից ու նախագծային շեղումներից: Այսուհետ, մայրաքաղաքում առանց թույլտվության չի իրականացվելու որևէ շինարարություն:
«Եվս մեկ անգամ կխնդրեմ և կհորդորեմ մեր բնակիչներին, որ զերծ մնան կառուցապատման նմանատիպ աշխատանքներ իրականացնելուց: Ակնհայտ է, որ բոլորը բացահայտվելու են, կասեցվելու են, և ունենալու են իրենց տրամաբանական ավարտը՝ ընդհուպ մինչև շինության ապամոնտաժում կամ քանդում»,- ընդգծում է Ռուբեն Խոջայանը»:
