ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Արեգունի գյուղի բնակչի մահվան հանգամանքները. ձերբակալվել է վերջինիս համագյուղացին:
ՔԿ դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից հայտնում են, որ 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին՝ ժամը 20:55-ին, «Վարդենիսի հիվանդանոց» ՊՓԲԸ-ից ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 19:05-ին, «գանգի հիմի կոտրվածք հարցականով, ուղեղային պրեկոմա, գեներալիզացված ցնցումներ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Արեգունի գյուղի բնակիչը՝ ծնված.1980թ.:
Նույն օրը Արեգունի գյուղի մեկ այլ բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1992թ., ոստիկանության Վարդենիսի բաժնում հաղորդում է տվել առ այն, որ 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին՝ ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում, նույն գյուղի գյուղամիջում հանդիպել է համագյուղացուն, ով բարևել է իրեն և բռունցքով հարվածել ուսին: Վերջինս փորձել է կարգի հրավիրել նրան, սակայն 38-ամյա տղամարդը իրեն հայհոյել է, որից հետո ինքը կողքին դրված փայտով հարվածել է համագյուղացու գլխին, որի հետևանքով վերջինս վայր է ընկել:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Արեգունի գյուղի 38-ամյա բնակիչը նշված մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել է նույն գյուղում գտնվող խանութ-սրահի մուտքի դռան մոտ՝ համագյուղացու հետ առաջացած վիճաբանության ժամանակ, որի ընթացքում 38-ամյա տղամարդու առողջությանը ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ՝ 26-ամյա երիտասարդը փայտով հարվածել է համագյուղացու գլխին՝ նրա առողջությանը պատճառելով կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետով:
Արեգունի գյուղի 26-ամյա բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է՝ վերը նշված հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով:
