Dilijan/Դիլիջան, Դիլիջանի համայնքապետարան/ Dilijan municipality/ Мэрия Дилижана Կրկին բնակելի վայրում զենքի կիրառման դեպք Դիլիջանում: Ոստիկանություն արդեն դիմել ենք, Դիլիջանում բնակվող Դինգո Թիմի կամավորները գիշերը ժամը 1-ին շանը անմիջապես Երևան են հասցրել, ինչի համար չենք կարող նրանց հատուկ շնորհակալությամբ չնշել՝ Narine Hovhanna Baldryan, Anna Davtyan, Panaila Palo Dinglyanidi: Շան կյանքը փրկելու հավանականություն գրեթե չկա, վիճակը ծայրահեղ ծանր է, կրակել են անմիջապես գլխին, բայց մենք մեզնից հասանելի ամեն փորձ կանենք, որ նա ապրի, չնայած, որ հույսեր գրեթե չկան: Ցանկացանք ևս մեկ անգամ հանրայնացնել այս կարևոր խնդիրը և էլի ուղղել մեր խնդրանքը Lena Nazaryan-ին՝ կենդանիների նկատմամբ դաժան վերաբերմունքն արգելող քրեական օրենքի հարցն արագացնելու խնդրանքով: Արդեն դանակն այնպես է հասել ոսկորին, որ մի օր այս հողի վրա անգամ մարդասպանություն կարող է լինել: Խնդրում ենք, եկեք թույլ չտանք, որ հասնի նման ծայրահեղ իրավիճակի, որը ստիպի, որ գործն ավելի արագանա: ՀՀ կառավարություն, Պահանջում ենք նման բան անող մարդկանց նկատմամբ քրեական օրենք կիրառելու հնարավորություն!!!
