Հունվարի 1-ին մահացած զինծառայողի գործով նորություն չկա. մայրը մտադիր է դիմել Փաշինյանին
SPORTՀունվարի 1-ին հրազենային վնասվածքից մահացած պայմանագրային զինծառայող Էդգար Գրիգորյանի գործով դեռ ոչ մի նորություն չկա։ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում Էդգարի մայրը՝ Ալինա Սարգսյանը, ասաց, որ որոշ ժամանակ անց նորություն չլինելու դեպքում կդիմի ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։
«Դեռ ոչ մի նոր բան չկա, չգիտեմ՝ ինչի է էսքան ձգձգվում։ Հույսս էլ է արդեն կտրվել, որ ինչ-որ բան կփոխվի։ Արդեն 2 ամիս է անցել ու ոչ մի բան, ինչպե՞ս է հնարավոր։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց կդիմեմ վարչապետին, կհարցնեմ՝ ինչքան պետք է այսպես շարունակվի, ինչքան պետք է ես լռեմ, սպասեմ, ինչի 9 հոգուց ոչ մեկ չի պատմում, ինչու են բոլորը լռում, իրենց ձեռք չի՞ տալիս, որ սենց լռում են։ Ոնց կարող են էդ մարդիկ մի սենյակում կատարված բանը չիմանան»,- ասաց Էդգարի մայրը՝ նշելով, որ կասկածի տեղիք տալիս նաեւ այն, որ սկզբում մի բան են ասել, հետո՝ մեկ այլ բան։
Մահացած զինծառայողի մայրը հավելեց, որ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքներն էլ դեռ չեն ստացել։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ամանորի գիշերը հրազենային վնասվածքից մահացել է ՀՀ ՊՆ պայմանագրային զինծառայող Էդգար Գրիգորյանը, սակայն դեպքի մասին Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն ու Քննչական կոմիտեն որևէ տեղեկություն չեն հայտնել:
Պնախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն հայտարարել էր, որ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը չի պատրաստվում ոչ ծածկել, ոչ կոծկել որևէ տեղեկատվություն, և դա չի արել տարիներ շարունակ:
«Հիմա փոքրիկ ծառայողական քննություն է իրականացվում՝ պարզելու, թե ինչի հետ է կապված եղել, որովհետեւ հաշվի առնելով, որ դեպքը կապված չի եղել ծառայության հետ, մենք մեծ ուշադրություն չենք դարձրել այդ խնդրին»,- հավելել էր նա:
ՊՆ-ից հայտնել են, որ դեպքի առթիվ Քննչական կոմիտեում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1 մասով՝ ինքնասպանության հասցնելը:
Նշենք, որ Էդգար Գրիգորյանը 5 ամսվա պայմանագրային զինծառայող էր, ընտանիքի միակ տղան, 3 անչափահաս երեխաների հայր:
