Ֆրանսիական սեպտեմբերի 11` ուրբաթ 13-ին

Արմեն Հովասափյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Մարդկությունը վաղուց է բախվել ահաբեկչական դրսևորումների հետ, սակայն մինչ օրս չկա ընդհանուր տեսակետ ահաբեկչության արմատների վերաբերյալ։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ահաբեկչությունը դիտվում է որպես հարուստների և աղքատների բախում՝ որպես նախանձի և ատելության, ժամանակակից և ավանդական հասարակությունների հակասությունների դրսևորում։
Ուրբաթ 13-ն իր ահասարսուռ դերակատարությունն ունեցավ Ֆրանսիային վերջին 10 տարիների ամենամեծ և երկրի պատմության ամենաողբերգական իրադարձության մեջ. շատերն անգամ այն անվանեցին «Ֆրանսիական սեպտեմբերի 11»:
Փարիզում տեղի է ունեցել միանգամից մի քանի ահաբեկչություն: Երկրի գլխավոր դատախազ Ֆրանսուա Մոլենսը հայտնել է, որ ահաբեկչությունները տեղի են ունեցել միաժամանակ 6 կետերում: Վերջին տեղեկություններով՝ մահացել է 170 մարդ, ավելի քան 250 մարդ վիրավոր է, 90-ի վիճակը ծայրահեղ ծանր է:
Ահաբեկչությունից անմիջապես հետո տարածվեց այն տեսակետը, թե «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունն արդեն ստանձնել է Փարիզում ահաբեկչական հարձակումների պատասախանատվությունը:
Սակայն պետք է ընդգծել, որ SITE կազմակերպությունը, որը համացանցում իսլամիստների ակտիվության մոնիթորինգ է անցկացնում, հաղորդում է, որ ոչ մի ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություն դեռ չի ստանձնել Փարիզի ահաբեկչությունների պատասխանատվությունը:
Հարկ է նշել, որ իսլամիստ ահաբեկիչներն իրենց գործողությունների առաջ երբևէ բացահայտ պատասխանատվություն չեն ստանձնել, ի տարբերություն շատ այլ ահաբեկչական խմբավոևումների:
Անհրաժեշտ է նշել մի կարևոր փաստարկ ևս. Փարիզում կատարված ողբերգության մեջ բավականին լուրջ դերակատարություն ունի Արևմուտքը, քանի որ ԻՊ-ը տևական ժամանակ ֆինանսական և բարոյական աջակցություն էր ստանում Արևմտյան կիսագնդից:
Այնուամենայնիվ հարկ է փաստել, որ աշխարհը մտել է գլոբալ ահաբեկչության դար ու ահաբեկչական երևույթները հասել են չափազանց մեծ մասշտաբների:
